Attendees and partners can now schedule meetings with each other, and organizers control the rules.
Set who can meet whom and when meetings can happen, then let people book. Organizers can also create meetings one by one or import them in bulk.
- Meeting Rules. Set which ticket types can request meetings and who can receive them, for attendee to attendee or attendee to partner, with approval required before a slot is confirmed.
- Meeting Settings. Choose meeting duration, the gap between meetings, and the days and hours meetings can be booked. Everything can be configured while meetings stay switched off.
- Booking where people already are. Attendees book from Attendee Hub and the Event App. Partners handle requests in Partner Portal and Lead Capture, and a request can go to a specific team member.
- Requests and follow-up. Both sides get a message when a request arrives, confirmed meetings appear in the agenda, and built-in chat is there if they want to talk before they meet.
