Attendees can now pay by invoice instead of card, and organizers follow every request through to payment in Registration Hub.
Turn Payments by Invoice on for the ticket types that need it. Attendees who choose it get an invoice with payment details while their registration is held, and you confirm it once the wire or check arrives.
- Control per ticket type. Enable Payments by Invoice on the event, then decide which ticket types can use it. Everything else stays on card.
- A dedicated area in Registration Hub. Pending, approved, and declined requests sit in one list, so you always know what is still waiting on payment.
- Complete or decline. Mark the payment when it lands, or decline the request with a message explaining why. Both reach the attendee by email.
- An invoice attendees can download. The invoice carries your payment details and the tax you have configured for the event.
Not every buyer pays by card. Now you do not have to chase the ones who don't.
