Status Page

Our status pages were another place where we got a lot of positive feedback. We had two status pages: one that displayed network status and another that displayed uptime. Many people were confused as to which page to check if problems occurred, according to the feedback we got.

We chose to eliminate the uptime status page and keep the network status page because it is the most relevant for people who want to know if our platform is down or if we have any planned outages.

Thank you for all the feedback as we continue to grow and improve our platform!

Improved Hosting Overview

We have made it easier to see what sites you have hosted with us and what the current status is regarding a specific site. Thank you again for all the feedback and are excited to continue improving our platform for everyone.

New sign-in option

We are happy to announce we have added a new and simpler way to sign-in with just your email.

All you have to do is click the Login option and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you and all you will have to do is click the Sign In To Self Hosted button.

This will open a new tab authenticacting your login, you can close the tab that was opened and return to the original tab you logged in on.

Improved User Flow

We have continued to make improvements to our overall user flow throughout our website and blog. We appreciate all the feedback we have received.

Control Panels Removed

We have officially turned off our frontend control panels that previously had been used for billing and to access your hosting control panels.

After months of research and user feedback, we decided that most users prefer not to have any control panels that take away from the main goal of creating content for their WordPress site. You can read more on this on our blog

New Billing Portal

We have begun the migration to a simplified billing portal that is directly on our website. You no longer be redirected to a subdomain of ours to handle your billing needs.
