WHAT'S new

• Private Beta is now available for Brand Styles! Easily set and modify default styles and design elements and apply them across all your pages for brand consistency. View documentation here. Request early access here.

IMPROVEMENTs

• Connect your products faster with the new and improved Product Search functionality. Now you can search by SKU and see your thumbnails to easily find the product you are looking for.

FIXEs

• Fixed an issue where the Separator element contained different padding in the editor preview versus the live page
• Fixed intermittent issues where text would overlap with other elements
• Fixed a bug where custom color swatches were not being mapped correctly when updated
• Syncing - button to load more pages shows exactly how many pages will load, instead of always showing “Show 10 more pages”
• Syncing - fixed an issue in which not all page dependencies were shown
• Fixed Map component height in Editor

WHAT'S new

• Custom Elements now has a preview window when building your Custom Elements. If you want to try out the feature, upgrade to our Advanced Plan!
• AI Section Generation is about to enter Limited Experimental Private Beta. If you want to join the Experimental Group, please fill out our Beta form.
• Syncing 2.0 is launched for all Page Builder Advanced Customers. With Syncing 2.0, you can now sync 1>many stores, auto-publish upon sync and have more granular controls over what syncs. This is available to all our Advanced Plans.

IMPROVEMENTs

• Introduced a new option on the Product Image Gallery element to display a slider with dots

FIXEs

• We fixed an intermittent error where the default quantity was not enforced on Product Pages
• Fixed Add to Cart component on Shopify stores using Turbo theme
• The "Link to Product Page" option on Product Image will now reflect the selected variant on your live page
• Fixed an issue where the AI Text input was overlapping with other elements
• Fixed an issue where Google Fonts were not displaying on some live pages

• Our Recharge Integration is now fully launched for Shopify and BigCommerce customers. Quickly add your product subscription widgets to your pages
• We have made a few speed improvements since our last release
  • Now we only load code for parallax effect when it's needed resulting in faster page loads
  • Added toggle for responsive background images for Section
• Added the ability to duplicate Product Page Templates

• Fixed a bug with our text element where some users couldn't delete the placeholder text

WHAT'S new

• Product Image Gallery now supports a Slider option! We have heard your feedback on wanting more flexibility with product images and we are excited to bring you this improvement. Enhance how you display your product image with a clickable slider carousel. Please reach out here if there are additional improvements you would like to see with our elements!
  

IMPROVEMENTs

• Bulk publish your changes when updating your Product Page Template, available on our Advanced Plan.
• When syncing pages between your store, we now auto-select any global snippet, data collection, or custom element used on the pages you are syncing.
• AI Text prompt recommendations are now contextual based on the element you have selected.

FIXEs

• Fixed an issue where the custom content area on a product page using a Product Page Template was not visible after deleting all elements inside.

WHAT'S new

• The new Stores tab for all stores is now live: We are introducing the new site manager under the “Stores” menu item. Now you can see all stores you have access to from the "Stores" tab in the top menu navigation. Syncing has moved under “Stores” now.

  

• Recharge Widget is now live for BigCommerce customers: We are excited to announce that our Recharge Integration is now available for BigCommerce stores! You can enable the integration in the Settings tab.
• Syncing 2.0 starts today in Private Beta: Syncing 2.0 is our next version of syncing which many of our customers use and love today. This includes improvements such as 1-to-many sync, improved error messaging, auto publish and more are entering Private Beta today for Page Builder Advanced customers. Sign up here for our beta if you are a Page Builder Advanced customer. Otherwise, sign up for Page Builder Advanced here.
• Autosave is now live for everyone. Autosave is rolled out to all customers with the option to turn it off in the Settings tabs.

IMPROVEMENTs

• Faster pages today: We have released improvements to how we load CSS and Javascript to make your pages more performant while also, introducing a toggle to images and videos to override automatic lazy loading
• AI Text Generation just got smarter: We now retain historical context so that you can iterate over the output with AI, introduced a slider to control text length output, and added prompt recommendations to get started faster.

• Bulk Publishing is now Generally Available for all Page Builder Advanced Customers: If you are not a Page Builder Advanced Customer, you can sign up for here.

FIXEs

• Fixed controls for Data Collection items not being visible sometimes
• Fixed style inconsistency between editor and published pages with large images
• Removed aspect ratio settings from Heading component as it is not applicable
• Fixed a bug where “Go to Cart” button would go to 404 on slow connections
• Fixed a bug where the AI Text prompt would overlay on top of other elements
• Fixed bug when Bulk Publishing over 20 pages

• When two users are editing the same section in the Shopify section editor, we now show a warning letting users know.

AI Text by Shogun AI

• Select any text or header element on a Shogun-built page, add a prompt, and get contextual, first-draft copywriting for your store’s headlines, hero banners, and product descriptions. Now, you never need to start from a blank page! Available now for Public Beta for Advanced users. Want to try it out? Request access here.

Bulk Import Product Pages

• Built for our Product Page Template feature, you can now import all your product and assign a Template to manage your product pages at scale.

Product Description Element

• Leverage your existing Shopify Product Description in your Shogun Page Builder pages with our new Product Description element. Now available to all Shopify users.

Responsive Images

• We have added the ability to use a default responsive image configuration to vary the image size downloaded based on the user's device. This improves performance on mobile devices by only downloading images of a resolution that is perceivable on that screen size.
  

FIXEs

• Links on Shogun buttons now apply the locale prefix used by Shopify Markets.
• Color swatches now showing in the editor when displaying variants separately as buttons.
• Fixed a bug where production JS was not being minimized.
