Venue-Based Error Notification Emails
Previously, you could only receive integration error notifications from all of your venues. Now, you can add venue-specific error notification emails. This new field is located below "Daily Report Time" in the venue settings and allows multiple emails separated by commas. The emails entered here will receive error notifications only for that specific venue. Learn more about it here.
Reply to Event Inquiry Emails
We've enhanced communication for event inquiries! Guests can now reply to event inquiry emails, and staff and venues can respond directly to guests. This improvement streamlines communication and ensures quicker responses to inquiries.
Mark Reservation Payments with Source
You can still mark reservations as "paid," but now you can specify how the reservation was paid. You can add as many different custom sources as you wish, such as "cash" "pos" or "gift card". This new feature provides more detailed tracking of payment sources. Learn more about it here.
Consistent Revenue Export Columns
To improve consistency in your data analytics, all revenue categories will now always appear as columns in the Revenue Export, even if they have $0 sales. This change ensures that your reports will have the same structure across all venues, making it easier to integrate with your data analytics tools.
New Reservation Package Booking Options
We've expanded the booking options for reservation packages. You can now select "3 days," "4 days," and "5 days" as options for how far in advance guests can book a reservation. This provides more flexibility and convenience for your guests.
