WHAT:

Loyalty members will now receive emails when they are getting upgraded to the next tier or downgraded to a lower one. 

• Once that is set up, emails will be automatically created for a tiered loyalty campaign. 
• We won't add those automatically for already existing campaigns, so we suggest doing it manually if needed.

Emails have different default copies based on the type of tiered program: spend-based or point-based. You're able to change email style, copy, and images the same way as with any other Talkable email.

WHAT’S NEW?

Talkable has added a functionality that allows us to show email capture campaigns multiple times per user until they sign up. This is now available in the Campaign Rules section.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you change the number of times to >1, we would show this campaign X times per user until they leave their email. 

Let's say we set # of times to show the Conversion campaign to be 3 times per user. In case we showed the popup 3 times, and a user still didn't leave their email address, we won't show it again after the 3d time.

WHY?

It's the best practice in the industry to be able to trigger an email capture popup >1 time per user, AND it’s a frequently requested feature by our Customers.

NOTE: By default, the number of times showing the email capture popup is always set to 1.
