Feature Spotlight: Duplicate Print & Digital Menus with Ease

We understand that versatility and efficiency are key when it comes to creating and maintaining your Digital and Printed Menus. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature that allows you to duplicate your print and digital menus effortlessly. Planning a Happy Hour or Tap Takeover? Now, you can create multiple Digital or Printed menus while leveraging the same settings as your existing ones. Simply duplicate your current menu, select the menus you want to display, and you’re ready to go.

Additional Display Control: Tailor Your Digital Menus to Perfection

We know how important it is to present your menu exactly the way you want it. That’s why we’ve introduced even more flexibility with our new Item Description and Label control options. We’ve split apart the "Other Items" checkbox, allowing you to toggle descriptions and logos for beer, wine, spirits, ready to drink, food, and other items individually. Now, you can choose to display descriptions and/or item labels for food but hide them for beer, wine, or spirits—or any combination that suits your needs. This gives you complete control over how your menu content is displayed, ensuring that your customers see exactly what you want them to see.

Mobile Updates: Enhancing Your On-the-Go Experience

Thank you for providing feedback on the new Mobile app, please keep it coming! Based on that feedback we've made several key updates including:

• Improved Pricing Input: We’ve also added the ability to enter commas in the container pricing column, making it easier to input and review your pricing information.
• Flexible Tap Numbers: You can now use any character for tap numbers, giving you more flexibility in organizing your taps.
• Clear Success Messages: When adding a new item, you’ll now see a success message, so you can be confident that your updates have been saved.
• Streamlined Navigation: After adding a new item, the app will now bring you to the top of the item list, making it easier to find and manage your entries.

Exploring Our New Digital Menu Themes

We’ve handcrafted nearly a dozen new themes to help you create a unique and memorable experience for your guests.

Our new designs include:

• St. Paddy's Day Holiday Theme
• Themes specific for beer, spirits, wine, food, and other specialties
• An updated, modern chalkboard layout

To get started, make sure you check out our new St. Patrick’s Day theme! It can help create the perfect guest experience for this weekend’s festivities.

Note: You can change the accent color of many of these themes by going into the Design Tab and modifying the Primary Accent Color field within the Appearance Section. Learn more about this feature here.

Structure: Customize Your Theme, Your Way

With our new Structure Tab, customization is at your fingertips. 

Quickly switch between landscape and portrait displays while adjusting the number of columns and items displayed.

Flexible layout options include:

• Default - Works great with both landscape or portrait modes and can be used with one or more columns (up to 4 columns)
• Compressed - Perfect for landscape mode and single-column menus. Compressed allows you to spotlight many items in one view.
• Table - Ideal for one and two-column layouts in landscape. Easily display multiple container types and customize the details by modifying your columns in the Item Detail Order section.

With our new Structure Tab, tailoring your digital menu to suit your brand has never been easier.

What's included: 

• We've made it easier to find the data you need by combining your Business and Venue stats into an all-new, redesigned Venue Stats page.
• A brand new Insights page combines all of your analytics into one ease to find place, including venue performance, nearby trends, promotions, and local badge analytics (if applicable).
• Dive into your data in detail by utilizing our latest filters to explore trends for both on-site and off-site check-ins. Take a more in-depth approach and analyze each chart to examine your results on an hourly, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
• If you have multiple locations you can generate a summary of each location's performance for an easy way to compare and optimize your efforts across each venue.

This week we released a major update to one of our more popular Digital Menu Themes (Two Column Blocks). Along with all of the upgrades that we have delivered recently on other themes, we also added the ability for you to quickly customize this template to match your brand by adding a the ability to select your primary accent color. Updates to this theme include:

• Ability for you to change the primary accent color to match your brand
• Precise font sizing with shrink-to-fit, consistent, and manual options

Based on your feedback, we are thrilled to announce three fantastic updates aimed at improving your experience and providing even greater customization options for your Digital Menus. Below, you will find detailed information about our revamped Digital Menus landing page, the exciting new feature that allows you to incorporate header images into your Digital Menus, and an innovative enhancement that empowers you to adjust the order in which item details are presented on your Digital Menus.

Spotlight Your Brand With New Header Images

We’ve made it easier to highlight your brand within your Digital Menus with the addition of header images. Simply upload your logo or any desired image, customize the size, adjust the placement, and you’re ready to give your brand the spotlight!

To explore this new feature, head to the Digital Menu Designer and open the Header section to get started.

A Fresh Digital Menu Landing Page

Building on the recent enhancements made to the print menus landing page, we are excited to introduce a redesigned Digital Menus landing page. This revamped page offers you an enhanced experience, making it effortless for you to manage your menus. Your menus are sorted by last edited date to make it easy to find the Digital Menus you are working on. 

Have a lot of menus? No problem, use the search box to find the menu you are looking for. In addition, we have moved your ability to set display style (ie. single page vs. rotating menu), rotation interval and the number of items per screen to the Digital Menu Designer under a new section called Screen Options.

New Digital Menu Item Customization Options

Tailor the presentation of your items to your liking; for instance, you can prioritize beer names over brewery details. This level of control allows you to curate digital menus that offer the optimal experience for your guests.

Start customizing today by heading over to the Digital Menus Designer and exploring our newest section, Item Detail Order. From here, you can easily select each item detail and rearrange them in the order you’d like them to appear. As part of this update we've also added the ability for you to style each item detail (ie. abv, ibu) individually or set them all to one style using the global item details font option.

Built on top of our popular Aurora theme, Cascade delivers the same precise control of fonts, colors, design, page sizes, and more to help you create your perfect print menu.

Redesigned Print Menus Landing Page

Explore an enhanced user experience with our newly crafted print menu landing page. This contemporary and intuitive layout empowers your team to effortlessly find the data and information they need. 

Reorder Item Details

Customize your print menus even further by displaying item details in the order you’d like them to appear. Want to highlight ABV first? Maybe your guests prefer to see the beer names above the producer? Customize your print menu, your way, with this new enhancement.

For menus using the Aurora or our new Cascade template, an additional section has been added to the menu builder that enables you to display your item details in any order you’d like. Simply select each item detail to place them in the order you would like them to appear on your menu.
