This week we made managing within the host app easier than ever with a new way to determine reservations with addons, further synchronization between Rex and TripleSeat, and more articles being added to our ever-expanding knowledge base.
Easily Determine Which Reservations Have Addons
Finding which reservations had addons was a hassle, you'd have to click each reservation and enter its details page to see if an add-on was even purchased. Now, in the calendar view, reservations with add-ons will display a shopping cart icon letting you know if the reservation has an addon without a single click. Along with this feature, simply clicking the card will allow you to see which addon was purchased instead of having to go all the way to the details page. TripleSeat "Set Up" and "Tear Down" Times Now Sync to Rex
If you've been managing events on TripleSeat with specific 'set up' and 'tear down' times acting as buffers before or after an event, you might have noticed that these times weren't syncing with Rex. However, I'm pleased to share that as of last week, these times will now be synchronized and displayed in Rex! This update enables you to accurately schedule setup and teardown times for your events in TripleSeat, ensuring that guests won't be able to book during these crucial periods through Rex.
