Improvement in Timeline Report view (Mobile App)
It is no longer necessary to scroll horizontally to see the whole timeline on mobile devices.

Change in view of Hours Tracked report (Regular Users only)
The Hours Tracked report now has a simpler layout for regular users - where users do not need to expand any row to view the data.

Time Doctor has just released a new feature - Manual Time Approval. It enables managers to review and approve (or disapprove) manual time entries before they're included in reports. To use this feature, go to Settings / Users and select "Approval needed" for "Can edit time" for at least one user (admin access is required for this). Learn more about enabling it here.

The Email Notifications functionality has been expanded to offer real-time notifications to allow you to take action immediately if there are any issues.

The following real-time notifications are available: 

• User added manual time
• Didn’t start working (notifies about users who haven’t started working by a specific hour)
• Didn’t start shift (notifies about users who haven't started working within the first five minutes after their shift start time)

This feature is available on Standard and Premium pricing plans.

We are excited to announce that the Time Doctor application is now available in Beta for ChromeOS (operating system) users. This means that users of ChromeOS can now use the Time Doctor app to track their time and activity during work. Here is an article that explains how to install the app.

Time Doctor now offers a PDF export option for the Timeline report. This new feature allows you to share the Timeline report with others in a PDF format. To export the Timeline report as a PDF, simply click the "Export options" button at the top of the report and select "PDF" as the file type.

If you export the Timeline report, you'll see a new column called "Type", which shows the type of each time entry (computer, mobile, or manual), and the reason for each manual time entry, if it was provided by an employee.

Time Doctor is excited to announce our newest payment method for payroll - Payoneer.  In addition to our existing CSV export methods, now you can use Payoneer to easily pay your employees. You can export the Payoneer CSV file and then upload it into Payoneer to generate payroll. 

Payoneer is a global payment service that allows businesses to send and receive payments in over 150 countries. With Payoneer, you can pay your employees in their local currency, which can save you money on exchange rates.

We've fixed the issue of users getting flagged as working outside shifts if they had shifts assigned to them in the past, but are no longer required to work at specific scheduled times. 

Also, we added a five-minute threshold to the "work on weekends" metric so that if a small amount of time gets tracked on a weekend (which could be because of the app starting to track automatically once employees open their computers), it does not get flagged as a work-life balance issue.
