We have added a new field in Settings/Users called "Job role." Admins now have the power to select or upload job roles for individuals within the company.
The new 'Job Roles' setting is more than just an organizational tool—it's the future for our reporting. Soon, this data will fuel enhanced Time Doctor reports, offering deep insights and rich context tailored to each job role. So get ahead of the game and fill out your Job Roles now!

There is a new filter option within Settings / Users that enables you to easily identify users who are part of more than one group. This enhanced feature is designed to provide clarity on group membership, ensuring that each user is assigned to only one group. This precision is crucial for instances where group-level productivity ratings are preferred over company-wide ratings. This update simplifies user management and delivers a more refined perspective on productivity metrics. - Introducting Unlimited User Groups for All Plans!
We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our pricing plans: unlimited groups! Regardless of your plan, your organization is now empowered to establish as many user groups as required. This strategic enhancement will enable you to gain more profound and detailed insights as you segment your data. By providing unlimited user groups, we aim to give you greater flexibility and control in managing your team and extracting valuable information. - Updated User Page: Prioritize Unaccepted Invites
We’ve made a recent enhancement to the User page. With this update, when you sort by the "Actions" column, users who have yet to accept invites will be prioritized and displayed at the top of the list. This adjustment allows for more efficient management and tracking of pending invitations, improving your overall user experience. - Enhanced Project Assignment Capabilities for Managers
We're excited to announce an important update enhancing managerial controls. Previously, managers could only assign projects to groups under their supervision. We've now expanded this capability, enabling managers to assign projects directly to individual team members. This enhancement provides managers with increased flexibility in task allocation and more precise control over team workflow management. - Preventing Missteps: Improved Confirmation for Email Notification Removal
We’ve made an upgrade to the Email Notifications page, created specifically to safeguard against unintentional errors. Now, when you choose to remove a notification, a confirmation pop-up will display the name of the notification set for deletion. This added layer of confirmation ensures the correct notification is removed, providing you with more control and confidence in your actions. - Enhanced Clarity for Reports
We’ve made two small changes for a clearer and more user-friendly experience. Check these out:- Custom Export Report: Say goodbye to confusion! We have renamed the "Attendance" column to "Start & end times," ensuring a better understanding of your data.
- Advanced Group Selection: Now you can effortlessly select members of all groups while excluding those without group affiliations. Enjoy precise data segmentation with ease.
