Today I want to share with you a huge Rasayel update - Reports 📊
Rasayel’s reports give you access to all metrics that can be important to your company. Our Reports help you evaluate how your team is performing and provide insights on your messaging/conversation volume.
You can explore the following metrics:
- Number of received messages
- Resolution time (how long it takes for your team to close conversations)
- Average customer waiting time
- Number of opened conversations
- Number of closed conversations
- Number of conversations per agent
- Resolution time per agent
- First response time per agents
- Number of messages sent before closing
To start using Reports, just head to the Reports page from your sidebar:
