Inbox Rules
Happy Monday dear customers 👋
We built another great feature for you - Inbox Rules. With Rules you can automatically take actions on events in your workspace. You can assign conversations to a right teammate, snooze or tag a conversation as well as update conversation status.
Conversations can be routed based on a phone number, email address, first message content or your channel.
To create your first rule, go to Settings -> Inbox rules
Here's an example of a simple rule you can create:
Once I press Save, all new WhatsApp conversations will be automatically assigned to me.
