Chatbot Lists (10 buttons!)
Do you feel restricted to only being able to add three buttons to your chatbot message? Well, we've got great news for you! We've just released WhatsApp lists to break free from the three-button quick replies limitation. With this feature, you can offer your users more choices (up to 10!). And not only that, you can add a name to your list and descriptions to your buttons!

Chatbot go back, link to the same message and add in-between messages!
We worked on making the flow building experience more flexible for you. You can now link a button back to a previous message, or link it to the same message as another button. Not only that, but you can also add a message in between two existing ones without having to remove your entire flow!
Channel Visibility Permissions
Over the last few months, we have heard a lot about your needs regarding organization and permissions. For some of you, granting access to a specific channel for your agents is a must. This week, we released just that. You can now visit the users page and restrict the visibility of your agent to one or multiple channels. In the coming months, we'll release a more advanced version of this. This is just the first step.
Channel Health
When working with WhatsApp and your provider of choice, things can get a bit wild if something goes wrong. But fear not! We've created a new channel health page that tells you exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. So now you can be your own hero and fix any issues on your own. (But we're always here to save the day if you need us 😉).

- Copy pasting to and from Rasayel has been improved so you don’t have any weird formatting issues.
Fixed
- Searching for contacts does not always return correct results
- Pagination to certain pages don't seem to work in the new contacts page
- Selecting conversation from search on mobile doesn't open it
- FE: Bot media header should be disabled if the bot is published
- Reimporting contacts with data attributes now updates data attribute values
- Sending videos taken by an iPhone directly (H.264) on the mobile app isn't working
- Linking Shopify customer fail when address line is not set
- Brazilian numbers conversations have inconsistencies in source_id between inbound & outbound
- "Snooze" button does nothing on smaller screens
- Message header shows next to message body on bot node
- Contact page loads all contacts without me scrolling to the bottom
- Bot builder crashes if you try to change channel for a bot that is connected to a previously disconnected channel
