Chatbot Flow Conditions
Have you ever wanted to create more accurate flows by adding conditions to specify who can see particular parts of it? Today's your lucky day because you can now easily do this by dragging a "condition node" onto your canvas. Even better, we have you covered with a fallback option in case your conditions aren't matched.
Here are some examples of how our team will be using it:
- We will segment our flow per language using the “Tags” condition
- We will segment our flow per type of customer using “Data attributes”

Teams
We are excited to announce the release of Teams this week. Teams enables your organization to create groups of users with customized visibility settings, improving cross-team collaboration and ultimately, responsiveness to your customers.
What’s new?
- Updated inbox navigation with a new section for your team
- Capability to assign conversations to specific teams
- The option to create multiple teams, add users and restrict channel visibility
- Ability to fine-tune channel visibility for team members within each team
- Set predefined assignment methods for conversations assigned to teams

Fixed
- Documents are sent as Untitled instead of their real name when sent in message templates
- Arabic characters aren't recognised in attribute imports
- Connecting WhatsApp from the onboarding flow doesn't work
- Customer doesn't see some audio and video files in incoming messages
- Duplicated links on Instagram and Facebook
- Issue where calculations couldn't be done on empty graphics.
- Contacts are not imported but we show a success message
- Campaign memberships weren't updated with error after template error was thrown by Dialog WABA
