We know how important it is for your business to keep track of client offices. With this new feature, you can easily view the location of each office on a map. There's a shortcut to this at the top right when you view a Client.

You can now change the default position and zoom level of the Site map view to get the optimum position.

We know how important it is for customers to be able to visualize their location data easily and accurately, which is why we’ve made it easier than ever to customise your maps with Long, Lat & Zoom settings. The Long, Lat & Zoom settings allow you to adjust the map view to get a better view of your data points.

Now you can use the 'New' dropdown on the dashboard to quickly create a Client, Prospect, Quote, Site, Lead or Contact in a single click!

We've also updated all the 'New' and 'Save' buttons across the system to be green to make the distinction clearer between adding and editing.

We’re excited to announce a new feature that will help improve your workflow: the ‘Viewed’ status on quotes.

Now, when you send quotes to your customers, you can track when they’ve viewed them. No more wondering if your quote was seen or not!

To access the new ‘Viewed’ status on quotes, simply navigate to the ‘Quotes’ tab in your SitePad account. Here you’ll see a new column labeled ‘Viewed’. When your customer opens the quote you sent, the date and time will automatically populate in this column.

We're excited to announce a new feature that's now available on our SitePad platform - the Recently Viewed feature! This new feature makes it easier than ever to quickly locate and access content you've recently viewed and interacted with.

This feature will help you save time and be more efficient when navigating your SitePad account. Now, all the pages you've recently viewed will be conveniently stored in one place, making it easy to pick up where you left off without having to search around. 

You can easily click on any of the items that you've recently viewed and go directly to that item.

We've reorganised SitePad's dashboard and separated the Stream into its own area. 

This provides more space on the Dashboard for your high-level overview, and more space in the Stream to see what's changed recently and any other activity from you and your team.
