You can now enable the ‘When Per Day selected, prompt for Alternative Weekly Rate’ option in Settings > Preferences > Quotations.

When active, this feature allows you to offer an alternative Weekly rate alongside the standard Per Day rate when issuing a quotation. SitePad CRM intelligently calculates and displays the most appealing total, helping you win more business with flexible pricing.

Introducing the Task Automation Module—designed to help your team stay on top of follow-ups and customer engagement without lifting a finger.

With this powerful new feature, SitePad CRM can now automatically create follow-up tasks and reminders based on customer or prospect activity (or inactivity).

Here’s what’s now possible:

📅 Timed Follow-Ups

• Automatically create a Call, Email, or other task for a BDM X days after a Customer or Prospect is added to SitePad.

🔕 Inactivity Reminders

• Automatically create a task if a Customer or Prospect has had no activity in the last X days—helping your team re-engage and close more opportunities.

To configure the Task Automation, go to Settings > More Settings > Automated Tasks and set your preferences.

Set it once and let SitePad handle the reminders—no more missed follow-ups!

We've enhanced the way SitePad CRM handles quotation calculations—making hire pricing more accurate and flexible based on your chosen rate type and on/off hire dates.

Here’s what’s new:

• Per Hour: Define how many hours make up a working day (default is 10), with a 5-day week assumed.
• Per Day: Calculations assume a standard 5-day work week.
• Per Week: Also based on a 5-day week.
• Per 7-Day Week: Assumes a full 7-day week.
• Per Fortnight: Pro-rated over a 5-day week.
• Per Month: Pro-rated to match monthly duration.
• Set Charge: A fixed total—just enter the amount.
• Weekend: Weekends are calculated based on the on/off hire dates.
• Sale Item: Simple—just include the amount.

These updates give you greater control and transparency in your quotations, no matter how complex the hire period.

We’ve improved the Depot module in SitePad CRM!

You can now store email addresses against each Depot, and when you assign a Depot to a Quotation, it will be automatically CC’d into all related correspondence.

This ensures your depots stay in the loop—no extra steps needed.

Depot assignment on quotations can be set to not required, optional and mandatory.

Try it out and keep everyone aligned effortlessly!

We’ve made logging site visits faster and more flexible in SitePad CRM!
