Sitepad are pleased to announce the launch of version control across our Quotation module! Issue additional versions of the same quotation whilst automatically retaining all previous version history. Revert back to a previous quotation in a tap and track changes until the quotation is approved!

SitePad now offers the ability to issue quotations and view financial figures in multiple currencies! SitePad also automatically applies real-time exchange rates to produce accurate perfect accuracy.

We've redesigned the Prospect and Lead Kanban views to provide a greater level of detail against each tile. You can now see date added and the number of contacts, notes and documents providing more insights into this high level overview. There's also improved styling and independently scrolling columns for an easier to use experience!

We know how important it is for your business to keep track of client offices. With this new feature, you can easily view the location of each office on a map. There's a shortcut to this at the top right when you view a Client.

You can now change the default position and zoom level of the Site map view to get the optimum position.

We know how important it is for customers to be able to visualize their location data easily and accurately, which is why we’ve made it easier than ever to customise your maps with Long, Lat & Zoom settings. The Long, Lat & Zoom settings allow you to adjust the map view to get a better view of your data points.

Now you can use the 'New' dropdown on the dashboard to quickly create a Client, Prospect, Quote, Site, Lead or Contact in a single click!

We've also updated all the 'New' and 'Save' buttons across the system to be green to make the distinction clearer between adding and editing.

We’re excited to announce a new feature that will help improve your workflow: the ‘Viewed’ status on quotes.

Now, when you send quotes to your customers, you can track when they’ve viewed them. No more wondering if your quote was seen or not!

To access the new ‘Viewed’ status on quotes, simply navigate to the ‘Quotes’ tab in your SitePad account. Here you’ll see a new column labeled ‘Viewed’. When your customer opens the quote you sent, the date and time will automatically populate in this column.
