We’ve added more flexibility when issuing Quotations by introducing an override for ‘Our Address’.

What’s new?

• A new ‘Our Address’ dropdown has been added to Quotations > New/Edit Quotation, positioned just under ‘On behalf of’.
• Once a Client is selected, the dropdown automatically defaults to the correct address based on the client’s Default Currency (GBP or EUR).
• Address options are shown in a clear format using Address Line 1, Town, County.
• For those one-off scenarios, users can manually override the address directly on the quotation.

This ensures the correct address appears on the PDF by default, while still giving you control when exceptions are needed.

We’ve added a powerful new Customer/Contact Mail Merge Export feature to SitePad CRM!

This export lets you easily pull all customer and contact data with key details included — ideal for importing into marketing platforms like Mailchimp for targeted email campaigns.

Columns such as ‘On Hire’ and ‘Off Hire’ make it simple to filter the CSV for customers who currently have active hires, helping you focus your campaigns on the right audience.

We’ve just made managing duplicate prospects a whole lot easier!

When viewing a prospect, you’ll now see a new “Merge Other Prospect” button in the top right corner. This lets you quickly search for and merge another prospect into the one you’re viewing, keeping your data clean and up to date.

Here’s what happens during a merge:

• 📝 Notes – Always carried over
• 📎 Documents – Always carried over
• 🏢 Offices – Added if not already present on the target prospect
• 🏗️ Sites – Added if not already present on the target prospect
• 💡 Leads – Added if not already present on the target prospect
• 👥 Contacts – Added if not already present on the target prospect
• ⭐ Followed – Added if not already present on the target prospect
• 💬 Quotations – Both Requested By and Site Contact are updated
• ✅ Tasks – Always carried over

This update makes it faster than ever to tidy up duplicates while preserving all important history and links.

⚙️ How to Set It Up
