🌍 Global Sites – Link Multiple Clients to One Site

You can now mark a Site as Global in SitePad CRM, making it easier to manage shared locations where multiple clients operate.

Add other clients to a site

When a Site is marked as Global, a new Other Clients pane appears on the Site summary screen. From here, you can add any number of additional clients to the same site.

Choose whether a primary client is required

Go to Settings > Preferences > Sites and use the new Client on Global Site setting to make the primary client Optional or Required.

This gives you the flexibility to manage a Global Site with a primary client or leave it unassigned while linking clients through the Other Clients pane.

🔗 Quotation Numbers & Internal Notes on Hire Contracts

It’s now easier to link your Syrinx hire contracts back to their original SitePad quotation and view internal notes within SitePad CRM.

Quotation numbers sent to Syrinx

When a Hire Contract is created in Syrinx from a SitePad quotation, the Quotation Number is now included at the start of the contract’s Internal Notes field.

Internal notes imported into SitePad

Internal Notes are now imported from Syrinx and displayed on the Hire Contract summary screen in SitePad, giving your team easier access to the information held against the contract.

Where to find it

Open a record in Clients or Prospects. The Tasks panel will appear at the bottom of the record.

Customise its position

To move the panel, go to Settings > Screen Customisation > select “Clients”, then drag the Tasks panel to your desired location.

💷 Custom Percentage Charges on Quotations

You can now automatically apply percentage-based charges to your SitePad CRM quotations—ideal for environmental levies, insurance and other additional charges.

Multiple charges, with your own names

Add multiple percentages to the same quotation, each with its own custom name and rate. For example:

  • Environmental Levy – 5%, applied to all requirement items.
  • Insurance – 1%, applied to hired items only.

Each charge is calculated against the applicable items and displayed separately on the quotation PDF, showing its name, percentage, applicable item types and calculated amount.

How to set it up

Before you begin, you must create an Asset Category or have one imported from Syrinx for the charge you want to add. Its code must exist before you can use it in a default quotation line.

  1. Go to Settings > Data Lists.
  2. Find Default Lines On Quotations and tap New.
  3. Select the Asset Category Code for your charge—for example, ENVLEVY for Environmental Levy.
  4. Switch on Is this a Percentage Charge?
  5. Enter the Percentage—for example, 5 for a 5% environmental levy.
  6. Set Scope to Requirements only, which is currently the available option.
  7. Choose Applies to from:
    • Hired items only
    • Sale items only
    • Set Charge items only
    • Sale and Set Charge items only
    • Hired and Set Charge items only
    • All items
  8. Tap Save.

Repeat these steps to add further charges, using the relevant Asset Category for each custom name and setting its own percentage and applicable item types.

Control charges on each quotation

Configured charges are switched on by default when creating a quotation. Individual toggles, such as Apply Environmental Levy and Apply Insurance, let you turn each charge off when it isn’t required.

🎙️ Quick Add & Voicenotes Now Available Across All Modules in SitePad

We’ve expanded SitePad’s AI-powered Quick Add feature across all new record types, making it faster and easier to enter information throughout the CRM.

Users can now type or paste a prompt, or record a voice note, and SitePad will automatically identify the relevant information and complete the appropriate fields.

Quick Add can now be used when creating records including:

  • Clients, prospects and leads
  • Sites, offices and contacts
  • Quotations
  • Notes and visits
  • Entertainment records
  • Users

For example, simply say:

“New site for Northwind Builders called Riverside Depot, postcode M1 4WD.”

SitePad will populate the new site form using the information provided. You can review the completed fields, add any missing mandatory information and save the record as normal.

This update significantly reduces manual data entry, helps users capture information while it is fresh and makes SitePad even easier to use on mobile while working in the field.

🔄 Send Prospects to the Correct Syrinx Company Type

SitePad CRM now provides greater control over how prospects are classified when they are created in Syrinx.

Within Settings > Syrinx Integration, when Send New Prospects to Syrinx is enabled, you can enter a single default Company Type. This value must exactly match the corresponding Company Type configured in Syrinx.

For businesses that use multiple company types, enable Syrinx Company Type held on Prospect and save the settings. A new Company Types (in Syrinx) panel will then appear, allowing you to add all the available Syrinx Company Types. Again, each value must exactly match its corresponding record in Syrinx.

Once configured, a Company Type selector will appear when adding or editing a prospect. Users can select the appropriate classification, and SitePad will send the prospect to Syrinx using that Company Type.

This improvement helps ensure prospects are correctly classified from the outset, reduces manual amendments in Syrinx and keeps data consistent across both platforms.

📊 Activity Targets Dashboard

SitePad now gives managers a complete view of sales activity performance across their teams.

Available within:

Dashboard → Analytics → Activity Targets

The new dashboard brings individual Activity Targets together into one clear management view, showing:

✅ Total targeted activities
✅ Completed activities
✅ Overall target achievement
✅ Activities remaining
✅ Number of BDMs currently on or above target

Managers can compare activity targets against completed activity over time, review achievement by BDM and identify which activity types are performing above or below expectations.

Activities can include:

  • Site and customer visits
  • Telephone calls
  • Emails
  • Meetings
  • Configurable note types
  • Prospects added
  • Leads added
  • Candidates added
  • Quotations approved

Filters allow the dashboard to be refined by date range, BDM, activity and depot.

A detailed monthly performance table also shows the target, completed total, remaining requirement, percentage achievement and highest-performing BDM for every activity.

This gives managers a much clearer understanding of the sales activity taking place behind the revenue—and where additional focus may be required.

🎯 New Revenue Targets Dashboard

SitePad now gives managers a clear, visual overview of salesperson performance against monthly revenue targets.

Available within:

Dashboard → Analytics → Revenue Targets

The new dashboard provides:

✅ Total revenue target
✅ Actual invoiced revenue
✅ Target achievement percentage
✅ Variance against target
✅ Number of BDMs currently achieving their target
✅ Monthly revenue-versus-target trends
✅ Target achievement by individual BDM
✅ New-hire versus ongoing-hire revenue
✅ Detailed monthly performance and variance

Managers can filter the dashboard by:

  • Date period
  • Customer
  • BDM
  • Depot
  • Revenue basis

Revenue is calculated using the same Syrinx invoice data and BDM attribution as SitePad’s existing Revenue Report by BDM.

The dashboard supports both:

  • New Hire Revenue — invoiced revenue from hires commencing during the target month
  • New & Ongoing Hire Revenue — all invoiced revenue attributed to the BDM during the target month

This provides managers with an immediate view of who is achieving their targets, where revenue is falling behind and how performance is changing over time.

🏢 Depot-Specific Logos on Quotations

SitePad now gives multi-depot businesses greater control over the branding displayed on their quotation PDFs.

A different quotation logo can be uploaded for each Syrinx depot within:

Syrinx Settings → Depots

When creating a new quotation, SitePad automatically uses the logo assigned to the selected depot.

The following fallback process ensures a logo is always used:

  1. Depot Logo for Quotations
  2. Quotation Logo configured in Preferences
  3. Our Logo, used as the default company logo

This is particularly useful for businesses operating multiple brands, regional divisions or depot-specific trading identities—all managed within a single SitePad account.
