New in Rasayel: HubSpot assignments, Templates, UI/UX, and more

HubSpot Owner Assignment
- Campaigns: HubSpot Assignment: When creating a campaign, you can choose how conversations are assigned based on the HubSpot contact owner property. You can now assign to the respective owners, to a specific owner or not do anything.
- HubSpot Conversation Assignment: If you have enabled the Automatically assign conversation to owners sending the message in the HubSpot settings page, any message sent from HubSpot will be assigned to the person who sent the message.
- Set Owner on new contacts: When messaging new contacts with the 'automatic contact creation' setting enabled, Rasayel matches the sender to the corresponding owner in Rasayel and sets the owner property on the new contact accordingly.
Multiple teams on the same WhatsApp number 👩💻👨💻
Now you can have multiple teams using the same WhatsApp channel without seeing each other's conversations. Set up the roles correctly, assign conversations to the right teams, and you’re good to go. If you’re not sure how this works, talk to us!
Template Improvements
- Composer: We made the template editor better. Now, Selecting a template and entering content is a single step, eliminating the need for multiple actions. More improvements to come.
- Variables in templates: When editing a template, you can now directly use some data attributes as variables! 😍
Rasayel: Now Better, and Easier to Use📝
- Chat UI Refresh: We've updated our chat interface to resemble WhatsApp. We believe that sharing the same experience as your customers is important.
- Faster & Clearer Inbox counts 🧮 : Conversation counts are now faster. We’ve also added a banner explaining perceived discrepancies due to user permissions.
- Improved copy: Clearer and more concise text throughout the app, especially in the template manager.
- UI/UX improvements: More user-friendly and visually appealing views.

🐞 Media size check: Campaigns will now check the size of media before publishing.
🐞 Unknown contact names: Unknown contacts will now show their names when clicked.
🐞 Inbox view counts: Inbox view counts will now display accurately, even for inboxes with more than 10,000 messages.
🐞 Template review: Templates will no longer show as "under review" after being accepted.
🐞 Bot messages: Multiple messages from bots in the same chat will now be combined into a single message.
🐞 Typing indicator accuracy improved.

🐞 Conversations will no longer disappear when making some changes.
🐞 Connection models: We've fixed a technical error involving connection models.
