New template page, presubmitted English templates, and many bug fixes
Hey everyone, this week we are making more improvements to templates but also worked on fixing many bugs.
New Template page
This week we released our new template page, so you don’t have to go deep into your channel settings to access them anymore. We also added some filters so you can find your template back even faster. We hope this is a useful improvement and are looking forward to hearing your feedback.
Presubmitted English Templates
For newly connected WhatsApp channels, we will pre-fill your channel with a set of WhatsApp templates in the English language! This will help you to connect with your customers immediately after connecting your channel without thinking too much about the templates you need to submit!

- New tag updates were not displayed in realtime in rare cases
- Conversation selected on the sidebar was different from the conversation header
- Messages are visually displayed in the wrong conversation
