To help maintain cleaner, more accurate CRM data, the Possible Duplicates feature has been extended beyond the main New Contact screen and is now available when creating contacts from other records across SitePad, including:

• Clients
• Sites
• Prospects
• Leads
• Quotations
• And other contact entry panels throughout the system

As users enter a contact's name, SitePad automatically searches for potential matches and displays any likely duplicates before the new record is saved.
