✨ User Email Signatures

You can now create HTML-based email signatures for each user — allowing full control over layout, style, and design to match your company’s look and feel.

Each signature can automatically include key user details using tokens:

• {{USERFULLNAME}}
• {{USERPOSITION}}
• {{USERPHONE}}
• {{USERMOBILE}}

⚙️ How to Set It Up

1. Go to Settings > More Settings
2. Scroll to the bottom and open User Email Snippet
3. Design your HTML signature and insert tokens where needed

💌 How It Works

Your new User Email Signature works hand-in-hand with the Template Email Signature (displayed above).
Once configured, it will be automatically applied to all:

• Outbound quotations
• Mailshots
• Internal emails
