SitePad now recognises the moment a Hire Contract line item moves into Under Collection. As soon as this status is set, the Business Development Manager (BDM) linked to that customer receives an instant notification.

🎨 Customisable Email Templates

You will now find a new template inside Settings > More Settings > Templates called PLANT-OFFHIRE-TO-BDM.

This template lets you tailor the message the BDM receives and can include:

• 🏢 Client name
• 📍 Site details
• 📄 Hire Contract Number
• 🛠️ Optional detailed line item info for the assets being off hired

This gives your team the flexibility to deliver the exact level of detail they need.
