π New Analytics Dashboard β Asset Profitability
We've introduced a new Asset Profitability Dashboard within SitePad Analytics, providing greater visibility into how individual assets are performing financially and how effectively their purchase costs are being recovered through hire revenue.
The dashboard uses asset purchase costs and historical hire revenue from Syrinx to help businesses identify their most profitable assets, monitor return on investment and make more informed fleet decisions.
What's New
- Purchase Cost vs Hire Revenue: Compare the original purchase cost of assets against their total lifetime hire revenue.
- Return on Cost: View the percentage of an asset's purchase cost recovered through hire revenue.
- Break-Even Tracking: Identify how many assets have recovered their original purchase cost and how many have yet to break even.
- Average Time to Break Even: Understand how many months it typically takes assets to recover their purchase cost.
- Profitability Trends: Visualise cumulative hire revenue against purchase costs over time, with the option to view monthly revenue.
- Revenue by Asset Category: Identify which equipment categories generate the highest hire revenue and compare their return percentages.
- Revenue by Customer: See which customers have generated the most hire revenue from your fleet.
- Time to Break Even: Analyse how quickly assets recover their purchase cost, grouped into time periods.
- Asset Profitability Status: View the proportion of assets that have broken even, have yet to break even or have insufficient data.
- Purchase Cost Recovery by Depot: Compare asset hire revenue against purchase costs across depots.
- Individual Asset Profitability: A detailed, searchable table showing each asset's purchase cost, lifetime hire revenue, return percentage and financial surplus or shortfall.
