We've introduced Automated Rate Logic for quotations, making hire pricing smarter and reducing manual adjustments.

✅ When creating or editing a quotation, SitePad CRM can now automatically set the correct 'Per' rate period based on the hire duration:

• Hire duration over 1 month → All Requirement and Attachment lines are automatically set to Per Month
• Hire duration between 1 week and 1 month → The system uses your default 'Per' setting from Preferences (e.g. Per Week)
• Hire duration less than 1 week → All Requirement and Attachment lines are automatically set to Per Day

⚙️ Enable this feature:
Settings > Preferences > Quotation Preferences > Auto-apply 'Per' based on Hire Duration → Turn On
