We’ve added a new set of live Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the top of Customer records, giving sales teams an instant snapshot of each customer’s current hire, service and quotation activity.

The new KPIs include:

• Open Hire – equipment currently on hire
• Under Collection – hires currently awaiting collection
• Pending Off Hire – equipment due to come off hire
• Firm Booking – confirmed upcoming hires
• Service Jobs – active service and breakdown jobs
• Unapproved Quotations – quotations that are still awaiting approval
• Approved Quotations – approved quotations, including those sent to Syrinx

Each KPI is clickable, taking users directly to the relevant records already filtered for that customer.

This gives account managers and sales teams a much faster way to understand what’s happening with a customer right now — without having to navigate through multiple areas of SitePad.

The new KPIs are available on Customer records for businesses using the relevant Syrinx / Point of Rental integration data.
