We've introduced a new Stock & Availability Dashboard under Analytics, providing a clear overview of stock levels and asset availability across all depots.

The dashboard includes:

• Stock KPIs: Instantly see total stock, available and unavailable quantities, categories with no availability, and stock below minimum levels.
• Stock Availability Trends: Track stock levels over time using 7, 30 or 90-day views.
• Availability by Depot: Compare stock availability across individual depots.
• Categories Needing Attention: Quickly identify asset categories with limited or no availability.
• Most Available Categories: See which asset categories have the highest available quantities.
• Availability Across Depots: A colour-coded breakdown of asset availability by category and depot, making it easy to identify stock elsewhere in the business.
• Detailed Stock Tables: Explore stock quantities, availability and minimum stock levels by Asset Category or individual Asset.

Filters allow users to narrow down the data by depot, asset category, description and availability status.

This new dashboard makes it easier to identify stock shortages, improve fleet utilisation and make better-informed hire decisions, all from one place.
