You now have more control over how quotation PDFs are sent by email.

✅ What’s new

In Preferences > Quotations PDF Configuration, there is now a new dropdown at the top:

Quotation PDF in Email

This lets you choose how customers receive their quotation PDFs.

🔽 Available options

You can select one of the following:

• Attach PDF to email (default)
  This is the current behaviour. The PDF is attached directly to the email as a file.
• Include download link only
  The PDF is not attached. Instead, the email contains a secure download link to the quotation.

⭐ Default setting

For existing and new accounts, Attach PDF to email is pre-selected to match current behaviour, so nothing changes unless you choose to update it.

🎯 Why this helps

This is useful if you want to:

• Reduce email attachment sizes
• Avoid blocked attachments by email servers
• Encourage customers to access the latest version via the link for clearer 'Viewed' statuses

⚙️ Where to find it

Go to:
Settings > Preferences > Quotations PDF Configuration > Quotation PDF in Email
Choose your preferred option and click Save.
