⚙️ What’s New?

You can now configure permissions for non-admin users to control whether they can:

• Add Customer Rates
• Edit Customer Rates
• Delete Customer Rates

This can be managed per user, giving you full control over who can make changes.

🔄 Approval Workflow for Non-Admins

To maintain data integrity:

• Any rate created or edited by a non-admin user will be set to “Awaiting Approval”
• Administrator users are automatically notified
• Admins can review and approve (set live) the rate when ready

• Prevents unauthorised or accidental rate changes
• Introduces a clear approval process
• Gives admins full visibility and control over pricing updates
