We’re excited to announce a new feature in SitePad CRM that makes managing quotations even more flexible and efficient.

✨ What’s New?

The new “On Behalf Of” functionality allows users with the correct permissions to raise quotations on behalf of a Business Development Manager (BDM).

🔑 Key Benefits

• Support BDMs more effectively – Admin or support staff can now create quotations directly in the system without needing the BDM to log in.
• Maintain accountability – Quotations clearly show which BDM they are associated with, ensuring reporting and pipeline tracking remain accurate.
• Permission-controlled – Only users granted the new permission can raise quotations on behalf of others, giving you full control.

⚙️ How It Works

When creating a new quotation, eligible users will now see an “On Behalf Of” field where they can select the appropriate BDM. The quotation will then be logged against that BDM, keeping all reporting, ownership, and follow-ups consistent.
