We’ve added a useful improvement to SitePad CRM. When sending Quotations to Syrinx, you can now pass Delivery and Collection values directly from the quotation. This helps ensure transport costs flow straight into Syrinx without needing manual adjustments later.

How to Set It Up

Follow the steps below to configure the fields on your quotation screen.

1. Go to Settings > Screen Customisation.
2. In the Panes dropdown, select Quotations.
3. Find the Other panel and tap the spanner icon.

Create the Delivery Field

1. Click New.
2. Select Currency as the field type.
3. Name the field Delivery.
4. Set Decimal Places to 2.

5. Toggle Send to Syrinx Delivery to On.

   • Note: You may need to save the field first and then edit it again before this option appears.
6. Choose whether the field should be mandatory.
7. Click Save.

Create the Collection Field

Repeat the same steps to create a Collection field.

Optional Clean Up

You may wish to hide any existing Transport, Delivery, or Collection fields that were previously used, to avoid duplication and keep the quotation screen tidy.

Once configured, Delivery and Collection values entered on the quotation will automatically populate in Syrinx, making the process quicker and reducing manual data entry. 🚀
