We’ve added a new Default Line Item feature within Quotations settings to help streamline your workflow and ensure consistency across your quotes.

🔧 What’s New?

You can now define a default line item that will automatically be added as the first requirement on every new quotation.

🚀 How It Works

• Navigate to Settings > Preferences > Quotations
• Locate the Default Line Item field
• Enter an Asset Category Code
• This line item will now be auto-inserted into new quotations

💡 Why This Matters

• Saves time when creating quotes
• Ensures key items are never missed
• Standardises quotation structure across your team

This is especially useful for commonly required items like delivery, setup, or standard hire equipment.
