We’ve released a further set of SitePad CRM quotation enhancements, improving the information shared with Syrinx and giving businesses more control over their quotation PDFs.

What’s New

• 👤 Quotation creator sent to Syrinx – when a SitePad Quotation is created as a Hire Contract in Syrinx, the name of the person who produced the quotation is now included within the Syrinx Internal Notes field.
• 🔗 Map custom fields to Syrinx – Quotation Other custom fields can now be mapped to any of the 10 Syrinx Custom Property fields, providing greater flexibility when passing business-specific information between SitePad and Syrinx.
• 🏢 Depot contact details on quotation PDFs – under Preferences > Quotations, businesses can now choose to display the relevant Depot address and phone number on quotation PDFs instead of the standard Our Address details.

These enhancements make the SitePad ↔ Syrinx quotation workflow more configurable, improve visibility of who created each quotation, and allow businesses with multiple depots to produce more locally relevant customer documentation.
