Transport Rates can now be configured against individual Depots in SitePad CRM, allowing customers to set up transport charges based on defined Transport Areas for use in Quotations.

How to Set Up Transport Rates

Step 1 – Create Transport Areas

1. Navigate to Data Lists > Transport Areas.
2. Ask the client to create their required Transport Areas (e.g. Local, Regional, National).

Step 2 – Configure Depot Transport Rates

1. Navigate to Settings > Syrinx Integration > Depots.
2. Click the Transport Rates spanner icon against the relevant Depot.
3. Click New to add a Transport Rate.
4. Select the appropriate Transport Area.
5. Enter the Each Way Rate.
6. Save the Transport Rate.

Repeat this process for each Transport Area and Depot as required.
