Export your sales data as a CSV file
Download a CSV file of historic sales data a month at time; and up to one year ago. The downloaded file will include rows detailing the order items sold to customers within the specified month. You can do this via the new 'export' button at the top of your orders list.
Fields included are:
- Order ID
- Customer name
- Post code
- Delivery tier
- Date and time the order was created
- Date and time the order was confirmed
- Order item quantity
- Product name
- Price
- Full Price
The 'Price' field indicates the price the individual product item was sold for. The 'Full Price' field is the price the individual product item is listed at on that particular price tier. In most instances, these two values will be the same. However, for customers with pre-agreed discounts assigned to their customer account on Sellar, these values will differ. For example, a customer with a 10% discount on kegs orders a keg listed at £100 at their discounted rate of £90. As the 'Price' and 'Full Price' fields are defined in pence (not pounds), you'd see '9000' and '10000' in these fields respectively.
