• In the Edit Project window, we fixed an intermittent bug that incorrectly displayed a project's watermark settings after updating the settings and immediately reopening the window. 
• You can now view watermarked images in MediaSilo Go, our mobile app for iOS and Android. To leave comments or to view the image in full screen, please use the MediaSilo browser or desktop app. 
• If you're an iOS user, you can now view watermarked documents by downloading them for offline viewing in MediaSilo Go. 
• Also in MediaSilo Go, a lock icon now appears on a thumbnail image to indicate a file is watermarked.

You can now secure your images and documents with visible watermarking, whether you need to watermark an entire project or just the files in a Review Link. As an administrator, you can also require image and document watermarking for every new project created in your workspace.

This add-on feature is currently available to accounts that use our video watermarking services. If your account does not use video watermarking, image and document watermarking will be available in early 2024. • You can now add logos or other images to your watermark templates. When you're creating or updating a template, just select the new "Image" option from the list of watermark types. An upload window will appear where you can upload a .png file. Click here to learn more about customizing watermark templates.

• We made an update to the spreadsheets you export from the Users page in Administration. Now, if a user has never logged in to your workspace, the Last Login column reads “Never” instead of the date the user was added to the workspace. 
• We fixed a bug that could prevent you from moving certain types of files to another project after making copies of those files.

• If your email address includes an underscore, opening a Review Link with an email watermark will no longer result in an error message. 
• When a Review Link contains a single folder, opening the link now takes you directly to the folder’s contents.

• When you export a timeline from the MediaSilo panel in DaVinci Resolve Studio, you can now select an encoding preset (720p or 1080p) tailored specifically for MediaSilo. When using a preset, your video is ready for playback in MediaSilo even faster, since the file does not need to be re-transcoded in MediaSilo.
• We fixed a bug that prevented you from playing older versions of a watermarked video. These versions now play back correctly. 
• We fixed a bug that caused a live-chat bubble to cover parts of the Review Link interface. If you are logged in to MediaSilo, you can still access the chat feature by clicking the question mark in the navigation bar. 
• After you delete a subfolder, you are no longer asked if you want to delete the parent folder that contained the subfolder.

• We added commenting permission to our set of project-level permissions. As an administrator, you can now decide which roles have permission to view and make comments inside a project. Commenting permission is also required to edit and delete your own comments and to enable feedback on a Review Link. To learn more, please see our new User Permissions Guide.
• We added some text to the Manage Notifications window to better explain how it works. To manage upload notifications for specific users, go to the Users tab in Administration, click the checkbox next to a user’s name, and select Actions > Manage notifications for users.
• We upgraded to a more interactive chat support that recommends Knowledge Base articles based on your exact needs. If your question requires further assistance, we’ll ask you for some basic information, so a member of our team can help you as quickly as possible.

• In a Review Link with multiple files, you can now hover over a truncated file name to view the entire name.
• Our upgraded chat support now recommends articles from our Knowledge Base to quickly provide you with the information you need. For further assistance, just click “Get in touch” to chat with a member of our team.
• We fixed a bug affecting certain watermarked Review Links. Before, if your workspace-level settings required forensic watermarking on new projects, applying a watermark to an individual Review Link would result in a playback error.

The panel lets you browse or search for files in your MediaSilo workspace, import files into DaVinci Resolve Studio, and export your timeline from DaVinci Resolve Studio into MediaSilo.
