You can now set specific login hours for each staff member based on your business needs. Go to Settings > Staff > Add/pick a staff > Login hours to set up!
We’ve added the option to permanently delete appointments from the canceled appointment list. Before permanently deleting it, a confirmation pop-up will ask, "Are you sure to permanently delete this appointment?" before the action is finalized.
Once deleted, the appointment will not be used in any data reporting or statistics. This feature will also be controlled through permission settings, so that you to manage who can permanently delete appointments.
You now have the option to enable/disable auto-creation of client profiles through calls and SMS. You have the power to decide whether you want new client profiles to be created automatically.
When you activate this feature, any calls or SMS from numbers not in your existing client and pet list will be imported as new client profiles. When you toggle it off, all calls and SMS will be listed as leads under the Client & pet list > click into the three dots in the top right corner > View leads

As part of our map view reinvention, we’re excited to introduce two more efficient scheduling flows. Here’s how the first schedule flow works from visiting your calendar:
Step 1: In calendar view, select staff and date based on the appointment address and corresponding service area.
Step 2: Choose a new appointment time that fits with existing appointments.
Step 3: Confirm the route in the map view, and book the appointment.
Step 1: Begin by selecting the client on the map to view the new appointment location.
Step 2: Select the data and available staff member to generate an optimal route.
Step 3: Once the optimal route is determined, proceed to select a time slot that fits best based on the order of appointments along the route, and confirm the appointment.

The Message Center now offers filtering options based on “conversation,” “review,” and “appointment confirmation.”
The new message filter allows you to categorize messages based on their type. By selecting the "conversational" filter, it will show you chats that involve real conversations, excluding chats containing ONLY reviews and Y/N replies to appointment confirmation.
