Added follow-up message template and improved auto reply

We hope you and your customers have the best communication experience using MoeGo. Here are a couple of things we've done recently to make it more streamlined, automated, and effortless.

Automate appointment confirmation flow 🤖

Being able to send multiple reminders and let clients self-confirm appointments streamlines the workflow. Now we’ve made the whole flow more automated and stressless, with a follow-up template when clients reply Y or N to the appointment reminder. Set your template in settings > auto message > when appt is confirmed/cancelled by client.  

Set a working time for auto reply ⏰

Auto reply takes care of your customers and lets them self-help when you work around the clock. Now it has become more flexible with customized start and end times. Be on top of your customers' messages yourself during your working hours, and let the auto reply take over after hours. Set date and time in settings > auto message > auto reply.

Receive notifications when clients cancel appointments 🔔

You might allow clients to cancel appointments by an N reply to the reminder. We wouldn’t like cancellations to happen too often but if it does, we want to keep track of it and be well informed. Now there’ll be push notifications when appointments are cancelled by clients. Never miss anything important!

Set Certain Area Certain day for smart scheduling 🏘
 
Certain area for certain day is of great help to minimize driving distance and let you focus on important tasks. It works great for online booking, so we’ve made it also available for manual bookings with smart scheduling! Once turned on, the slots will be recommended only when it’s within your service area for the day. Optimize your days from now!

Merge pets through intake form submissions 📄 

Intake form helps you easily collect and update client info. Many businesses use it to update pet info or collect card details for existing clients. Now, newly-added info from submissions will be highlighted for you to review and merged seamlessly with existing clients' and pets' profiles! 

Extend how far your clients can book to 1 year 🗓

To help you manage your schedule and plan everything ahead, we’ve extended how far your clients can book from 180 days to 1 year. Let your recurring clients book online with you in advance and have everything in control!

Added new tag of clients on tickets 🏷

Now new clients can be easily recognized and taken good care of by the ‘new' tag on tickets. Check out who’s new on the daily or weekly view of the calendar! 

Added thousands separator for the price format 🔢

Reading numbers has become quicker and easier with thousands separator. The prices on the tickets, invoices, and reports are displayed in the new format.

We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available! 💡

Use mass text with embedded chat widgets 💬

Mass text is becoming more powerful with the embedded widget. Now you can message a list of pre-booked clients their upcoming appointment list. If they don’t have an upcoming appointment, share a link for them to request an appointment.

Require specific vaccine documents before bookings 📑

Require paper proof of vaccines more easily! Check specific types of vaccines on the booking question list and make them mandatory, before customers submit a booking or become part of your clientele. Available for both the online booking and intake forms.

Choose miles or kilometers as the unit of distance 🚐

Added option for the unit of distance now! Default it as kilometers or miles to your preference. Easier to use when assessing the driving distance. Switch in settings > business > business settings.

Access Leaderboard anytime, anywhere on your mobile devices 📈

Leaderboard is now available on the mobile app in the report section. To recap, it’s a management reporting tool to help you clearly understand your business performance, empower everyone in your team, and ultimately generate more revenue. Check out your booking capacity for this month!

Set up customer preference for Smart Scheduling

Let Smart Schedule take care of your bookings!

Smart Schedule works as the best assistant when looking for available slots with minimal driving and no conflict. Now it’s even smarter with the Client Preference settings. 

The system will factor in the preferred “day of the week“ and “time of the day“ set for the client, then automatically work out the available slots. Provide your customers with five-star experiences and reduce back-and-forth communication. 

P.s. The client preference is also available for Smart Schedule for Repeat Appointments. Set up a recurring schedule easily and efficiently!

Send rebook reminder up to 4 weeks ahead

It’s important to target customers at the optimal time to drive re-engagement. That’s why we updated the rebook list and reminder so that you have tools in place to identify customers and take action!

The rebook list provides clients who need to rebook within a certain period. It’s been extended from 7 days to 30 days now. You have more time to be proactive and re-engage your customers! 

Apart from it, the reminders can be sent out at scheduled times. More than 7 days, it can now be set up to 2, 3, or even 4 weeks ahead of expected days. It helps to reactivate your inactive or overdue customers at a crucial stage. Keep track of the list and automate the win-back process! 

  • Track the list in auto-reminders > rebook reminders > client need rebook in the next 30 days / lapsed clients
  • Set up the reminder in settings > auto message > rebook reminders

Available both on desktop and mobile app. Check it out!

Send your agreement by mass text

Save your time by sending agreements to your customers in groups! 

The agreement link is unique for each client, so it takes time if you’d like to let all your clients sign and send it individually. Now the agreement link variable is here for you! 

Just add it to your mass text, choose who you’d like to send it to, and click send! Clients would be able to receive the unique link, sign on their device and submit. Signed records are easily trackable in the agreement tab and automatically saved to client profiles. 

Go to message center > mass text, and attach the agreement variable to your message.

Available both on desktop and mobile app.

Set up your service menu by breed and weight

Another exciting advancement for online booking!

Have your clients ever randomly selected a service that didn’t match the pet’s weight, not even for this breed, or just complained the menu was too confusing to choose from? 

Now, this could be resolved through the new service menu by breed/weight setting. Just select what breeds can be taken and/or what weight range is accepted for each service. Turn it on for online booking. All set! 

From your clients’ view when booking online, it will only show the services available for the pet breed or weight, automatically eliminating the unnecessary ones. More explicit and user-friendly!

How to set it up:

  1. Set up your service menu in settings > service > pet type&breeds / weight
  2. Apply it for online booking in online booking > settings > service > only show applicable service on the booking page

This extremely helps if you price based on pet breeds and weights. Also, make booking online easier for your customers, and reduce errors like selecting a small dog service while the dog is actually large and takes a much longer time.

Add weight limit for your Online Booking!

Do you only accept pets under a certain weight? We’ve added a button to help you! You have an option to really restrict clients from submitting an online booking request if the pet weight is over the limit. 

Turn on the weight limit button and set up the notice message. Have more control of the requests you’d like to handle. 

Go and check it out in online booking > setting > preference > weight limit. 

P.S. If you’re looking for setting up restrictions on what breeds can be booked for certain services, services by breed and weight are coming soon!
