MoeGo Smart Tip - Boost Your Tip with Fully-Customized Tipping Options

We have some awesome news! Our Smart Tip has now been officially launched!  🚀

This has been a long-awaited feature to fully customize tipping options by percentage/amount. So we made it, with innovations! MoeGo Pay not only brings customized tipping settings, but also helps optimize your tip revenue by enabling flexible tip rates based on ticket prices.

What is Smart Tip

It enables you to customize 3 default tipping options and highlight the preferred one on the customer end. What makes it SMART is that tipping options can change with ticket prices. Present tip by percentage for higher ticket prices, and by fixed amount for lower ones, or use your own creativity there! 

  • Customize tips by rate or amount
  • Customize preferred rate or amount
  • Customize 2 sets of tips rate with a threshold

Estimated 20% increase of your regular tips revenue 😄

How to set it up

Go to card processing > MoeGo Pay > payment preference > tip settings. Available both on desktop and app.

Countdown to New Pricing Plans

Hey MoeGoers,

As we count down to the launch of our new plans in a few days, the MoeGo team wants to express how grateful we are for your support. Your love and excitement for MoeGo inspires us everyday to deliver the best grooming solution for your business. We wouldn’t be here without you 🙏

To remind you, we will be welcoming our new plans and sunsetting our current plans starting Oct 1st. We’ll also be making some changes to the free version. Please make sure you are aware of all the changes by reading our blog here. We have been working hard to uplift the pet community for the last five years, and we are ready to make further leaps and bounds. These changes will give us the opportunity to create new services and experiences that will digitally transform the industry so that pet professionals everywhere are empowered to do what they love and thrive.

We’ve been listening closely to feedback and have decided to make some changes:
  • The new highest-tiered plan has been renamed to Ultimate (previously named Elite) to eliminate confusion with the current Business Elite plan (soon to be grandfathered).
  • The Review Booster feature has been moved to the new Growth plans (previously was in the new Ultimate plans).
  • We will be adding the ability to save a backup card to your account so that you can protect your grandfather status and prevent business disruption. We will provide an update once this is ready. In the meantime, please make sure your primary card is in good standing.
Thank you for all of the feedback you have given us. Our team will never take your voice for granted, for it is how we truly learn to become better for you. We are so excited to welcome our new plans with you, and can’t wait to show you all the things we have been working hard on in the coming weeks and months.

Added follow-up message template and improved auto reply

We hope you and your customers have the best communication experience using MoeGo. Here are a couple of things we've done recently to make it more streamlined, automated, and effortless.

Automate appointment confirmation flow 🤖

Being able to send multiple reminders and let clients self-confirm appointments streamlines the workflow. Now we’ve made the whole flow more automated and stressless, with a follow-up template when clients reply Y or N to the appointment reminder. Set your template in settings > auto message > when appt is confirmed/cancelled by client.  

Set a working time for auto reply ⏰

Auto reply takes care of your customers and lets them self-help when you work around the clock. Now it has become more flexible with customized start and end times. Be on top of your customers' messages yourself during your working hours, and let the auto reply take over after hours. Set date and time in settings > auto message > auto reply.

Receive notifications when clients cancel appointments 🔔

You might allow clients to cancel appointments by an N reply to the reminder. We wouldn’t like cancellations to happen too often but if it does, we want to keep track of it and be well informed. Now there’ll be push notifications when appointments are cancelled by clients. Never miss anything important!

Introducing Our New Pricing Plans

Hey MoeGo Fam 👋

Over the years, we have transformed MoeGo from a scheduling app to your All-In-One Grooming OS, so that you can do what you love, and thrive.

To ensure we can keep investing in innovation, we are excited to announce new plans effective on Oct 1st 2022. As a result, the previous plans will be sunsetted.

We appreciate your love and support for us over the years. We will be grandfathering in all our existing customers. This means you will get to keep your plan (including its price and features) even after Oct 1st, as long as your plan is still active. There is nothing you need to do. 

To our free users, we're so grateful that you've trusted us to empower your business. If you are considering upgrading to one of our paid plans anytime soon, it’s recommended to upgrade before Oct 1st to lock in the price and features (Yes we will grandfather all customers on paid plans before Oct 1st). We will also be making some changes to which features will be available in the free version (see blog below for more details). 

We seriously couldn’t have gotten here without all of your support. Thanks for trusting us to be the partner of your pawsome business! As the industry continues to evolve, we’ll keep innovating to ensure we’re staying ahead of the needs of our customers.
