Manage your mobile vans with MoeGo

To lay the foundation for seamless mobile van management, we’ve brought another exciting update to you! With the new mobile van setting and more upcoming updates, it will eventually enable you: 

  1. Manage and keep track of mobile van including maintenance, log, and expense
  2. Keep track of mileage for each van 
  3. Real-time location for each van

What’s available at the moment 

Mobile van settings

  • It lists all the details of your mobile van, including Make and Model, License plate, date in service, image, and any other notes that you’d like to record. Keep track of the van info simply through your software!

Mobile van assignments

  • It shows who’s on duty for which van. Manage trips of your groomers easily by assigning them to the right vehicles.

What’s upcoming

Insightful report 

  • Mileage tracking for each van
  • Maintenance log for each van

Advanced mobile features (for multi-units business)  

  • Smart scheduling start and end location for each van
  • Improved certain area for certain day for each van
  • Real-time location for each van

FAQ

1. Is there any extra fee for that?

No, you don’t have to pay extra for the van settings and it applies to all levels of packages. You only need to upgrade to unlock more vans. 

2. Does it affect my business and staff if I don’t have time to set it up now?

Don’t worry if you can’t get it sorted right now. You have an option to leave it and use it in the old way, and set it up later when you’d like to try future updates. 

How to start

Step 1: Go to Settings > Mobile van on desktop or app

Step 2: Fill out the van info and assign staff to it

Step 3: Add new van and set it up if you run multi vans

Send rebook reminder up to 4 weeks ahead

It’s important to target customers at the optimal time to drive re-engagement. That’s why we updated the rebook list and reminder so that you have tools in place to identify customers and take action!

The rebook list provides clients who need to rebook within a certain period. It’s been extended from 7 days to 30 days now. You have more time to be proactive and re-engage your customers! 

Apart from it, the reminders can be sent out at scheduled times. More than 7 days, it can now be set up to 2, 3, or even 4 weeks ahead of expected days. It helps to reactivate your inactive or overdue customers at a crucial stage. Keep track of the list and automate the win-back process! 

  • Track the list in auto-reminders > rebook reminders > client need rebook in the next 30 days / lapsed clients
  • Set up the reminder in settings > auto message > rebook reminders

Available both on desktop and mobile app. Check it out!

Send your agreement by mass text

Save your time by sending agreements to your customers in groups! 

The agreement link is unique for each client, so it takes time if you’d like to let all your clients sign and send it individually. Now the agreement link variable is here for you! 

Just add it to your mass text, choose who you’d like to send it to, and click send! Clients would be able to receive the unique link, sign on their device and submit. Signed records are easily trackable in the agreement tab and automatically saved to client profiles. 

Go to message center > mass text, and attach the agreement variable to your message.

Available both on desktop and mobile app.

Set up your service menu by breed and weight

Another exciting advancement for online booking!

Have your clients ever randomly selected a service that didn’t match the pet’s weight, not even for this breed, or just complained the menu was too confusing to choose from? 

Now, this could be resolved through the new service menu by breed/weight setting. Just select what breeds can be taken and/or what weight range is accepted for each service. Turn it on for online booking. All set! 

From your clients’ view when booking online, it will only show the services available for the pet breed or weight, automatically eliminating the unnecessary ones. More explicit and user-friendly!

How to set it up:

  1. Set up your service menu in settings > service > pet type&breeds / weight
  2. Apply it for online booking in online booking > settings > service > only show applicable service on the booking page

This extremely helps if you price based on pet breeds and weights. Also, make booking online easier for your customers, and reduce errors like selecting a small dog service while the dog is actually large and takes a much longer time.

Add weight limit for your Online Booking!

Do you only accept pets under a certain weight? We’ve added a button to help you! You have an option to really restrict clients from submitting an online booking request if the pet weight is over the limit. 

Turn on the weight limit button and set up the notice message. Have more control of the requests you’d like to handle. 

Go and check it out in online booking > setting > preference > weight limit. 

P.S. If you’re looking for setting up restrictions on what breeds can be booked for certain services, services by breed and weight are coming soon!

Book by Slot for Online Booking

2 new types of availability setting for Online booking to adapt your different scenarios. 

We learned to book online is an inevitable trend, but the way you book your customer at your salon is unique, you may have 10 dogs drop at 9 am, and then 10 dogs drop at 1 pm, or do not allow customers to select specific times so you have more control. The existing booking solution doesn’t allow double bookings, which would work for some businesses, but not all of them.

So we built “book by slot” and “option to disable select time” on top of our online booking feature, now you can customize MoeGo to the way you run your business, and get your business online without worrying out of control.

New option 1: Book by slot

You will be able to set how many pets can be accepted at the same time. Different customers can choose the slot repeatedly up to the limit you set. They can now drop off in groups!

New option 2: Disable select time

You can have full control of your customers’ bookings. Customers will submit a request without having to choose an exact date and time.

You can set up either your time slots or pick the date and time for your customers all by yourself in Online Booking now.

Forward the call from MoeGo number to your business line!

If you have experienced "Customers called the MoeGo number but no one replied", then you don't need to worry about that anymore! 

"MoeGo phone number" auto call response can either forward the call to your business line, or set up an auto-reply message to let your customer know what to expect. 

Tips: Make sure to include your online booking or intake form link, so your customer can self-help!

Introducing MoeGo Smart Schedule for Repeat Appointment. A revolutionary way to book your recurring clients.


Booking recurring clients now can be faster and easier than ever before. With MoeGo Smart Schedule for Repeat Appointment, with just 1 click, you can have all future recurring appointments set in a place with no conflict, and even better, with minimum driving distance considered.

Setting up recurring appointments for regular clients can be very complicated, especially for mobile groomers, the 2 weekers, 4 weekers, 6 weekers, they overlap on future dates.

With the traditional repeat setting, it creates all future appointments on the same date and time. You have to manually fix the conflicts, and not even to mention, for mobile groomers, you have to reroute to ensure you are not driving all over the place. FAQ

1. Is this feature for mobile grooming and grooming salon?

Yes! For mobile grooming, it helps you avoid conflict and consider the minimum driving distance.

For salon scheduling, it helps you auto avoid conflict.

2. Can I change the time if I don’t prefer the suggested result?

Sure! On the result page, you can click on every appointment to view them on the calendar (and map view). You can manually move them if needed. You can preview all appointments before creating them.

3. What does “closest available date” mean?

It means how flexible your clients can be. For 4 weekers on Wednesday, as long as it’s the same frequency, the date of the week can be Tuesday or Thursday depending on your existing appointments.

4. I see “conflict” on the result page, is it not working?

If you see “conflict” on the result page, it means there is no available slot within the “closest available dates”, you can go to the previous screen to increase the flexible days.
