The rebook list provides clients who need to rebook within a certain period. It’s been extended from 7 days to 30 days now. You have more time to be proactive and re-engage your customers!
Apart from it, the reminders can be sent out at scheduled times. More than 7 days, it can now be set up to 2, 3, or even 4 weeks ahead of expected days. It helps to reactivate your inactive or overdue customers at a crucial stage. Keep track of the list and automate the win-back process!
- Track the list in auto-reminders > rebook reminders > client need rebook in the next 30 days / lapsed clients
- Set up the reminder in settings > auto message > rebook reminders
