Added follow-up message template and improved auto reply
We hope you and your customers have the best communication experience using MoeGo. Here are a couple of things we've done recently to make it more streamlined, automated, and effortless.
Automate appointment confirmation flow 🤖
Being able to send multiple reminders and let clients self-confirm appointments streamlines the workflow. Now we’ve made the whole flow more automated and stressless, with a follow-up template when clients reply Y or N to the appointment reminder. Set your template in settings > auto message > when appt is confirmed/cancelled by client.
Set a working time for auto reply ⏰
Auto reply takes care of your customers and lets them self-help when you work around the clock. Now it has become more flexible with customized start and end times. Be on top of your customers' messages yourself during your working hours, and let the auto reply take over after hours. Set date and time in settings > auto message > auto reply.
Receive notifications when clients cancel appointments 🔔
You might allow clients to cancel appointments by an N reply to the reminder. We wouldn’t like cancellations to happen too often but if it does, we want to keep track of it and be well informed. Now there’ll be push notifications when appointments are cancelled by clients. Never miss anything important!
