Simply click on any dataset with API integration and discover the auto-sync scheduler menu located on the right sidebar. Take control of your data synchronization by specifying a set of rules that align with your needs. You have the power to:

🔁 Choose the sync frequency that suits you best - daily, weekly, or monthly. 
🕑 Set the exact time of day to initiate the sync, down to the hour.
🗓️ Define the specific period range for syncing, whether it's month-to-date, last month, last 12 months, or a customized range.

Adding new rows to forecast is now possible in Tabular Tables too 🚀

When on a Tabular Table used for forecasting, you can now add new combinations of dimension items easily by clicking on the button + ADD NEW ROW at the bottom of the table. 

Expand your forecasting capabilities and enjoy the flexibility to incorporate new rows with ease.

• Variable + Version: Whenever you are working with multiple variables and wish to emphasize the specific version associated.
• Variable only: Eliminate the redundancy of displaying the version name.
• Version only: Streamline your legend by removing the repetition of the variable name

Stay informed with real-time updates on the status and activity of your datasets with our new DATASET ACTIVITY LOG 🗒️

In this new menu, you'll be able to track:

• 👤 who uploaded or synced the dataset
• 🕑 when was it done
• 🗓️ the time period the upload/sync covers
• ✅ the status of the upload/sync - if successful or if failed

Time blocks on the formulas just got a nice improvement ✨ 

These are now highlighted in yellow to improve readability and help identify time references in variables quickly.

Plus, we made them interactive too to help you change them easily - just click on the block and select another time reference using the autocomplete helper. 

Get ready to take your financial analysis to the next level with our latest feature release: Gradient Conditional Formatting 😱🚀

You can now use color gradients to highlight changes in your values, allowing you to quickly spot trends and outliers. 

To do this, go to the Visualization section of the Table Builder and select the Metrics area. From there, click on the tear icon to add default conditional colors for that variable. You can switch to Manual mode by entering values in the conditional popover and customizing the colors based on your preferences.

Conditional formatting applies to all actual and version data for that variable, except for variance data. In tree tables, conditional formatting is applied at a variable or dimension level, which means that the formatting is based on the values of individual cells within each variable or dimension. In tabular tables, conditional formatting is applied at the lowest level of the hierarchy, which means that the formatting is based on the values of individual cells in the entire variable.

We've made it even easier for you to manage your data in Abacum! Now, all dataset loads synced into Abacum will be automatically broken down into individual months, no matter what range of months you decide to sync or upload 📆

For example, you can easily upload financial data for multiple months, such as January-April 2023, and have the flexibility to update each month individually later on. This gives you greater control and flexibility over your financial reporting 🧮

To improve the readability of Spaces, we've simplified how you can access the table builder.

Specifically, we've removed the copy “Change layout”. Why?

• We noticed the 'Change layout' text was often overlapping with the title of the chart or table
• Having the copy repeated every time made the Space look cluttered

But don't worry, you can continue accessing the Table Builder from the icon on the right side of your tables and charts. And to access the "Full screen view" go to the 3-dot menu to find this option.
