Variables' dependencies in the Module Builder

No longer will you be burdened with reading lengthy formulas to trace the origin of your values. With just a quick glance, you can now effortlessly check the RELATIONSHIPS between variables 🔗

Click on a variable and go to the Relationships menu on the settings sidebar to examine each variable's dependencies, providing invaluable insights:

  • Sources: Identify where the data is coming from for the selected variable, including other variables within the current module, variables from other modules, or datasets.
  • Used by: Easily see what other variables are retrieving values from the selected variable, it could be both variables from the current module or variables from other modules.

We expect this new feature to empower you to quickly navigate through variables' dependencies, enabling a deeper understanding of your calculations to allow you to modify formulas with confidence and efficiently manage your variables.
