New GET REST APIs make it easy to programmatically retrieve BlueConic configuration data — including Dialogues, Lifecycles, Listeners, and more — directly via REST. These endpoints eliminate manual exports and scripting, enabling deeper integration with external systems and MCP-based automation.

This release gives developers and admins full visibility into tenant configurations, laying the foundation for scalable operations, configuration auditing, and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows. It’s another step toward composable, automated growth operations across the Customer Growth Engine.

Objects now accessible via GET: Dialogues, Lifecycles, Objectives, Group Types, Notebooks, Plugins, Listeners, Connections, Timeline Event Rollups, Event Types, Run History, and Group Properties
