Keep Blueshift segments in sync with BlueConic, automatically

BlueConic segments now sync directly to Blueshift, keeping lifecycle audiences current without manual rebuilds.

Marketers can now sync BlueConic segments to Blueshift segments on a schedule. As profiles enter or leave a BlueConic segment, their Blueshift segment membership updates to match,  automatically.

Import and campaign trigger goals brought engagement data in and activated moments in real time; segment sync sends audiences out. Marketers keep segmentation and consent decisions in BlueConic, and Blueshift stays the execution layer for campaigns — turning first-party data into synced, sendable audiences with far less manual work.

Setup takes a few steps: enable the export goal on the Blueshift connection, link identifiers (email and/or customer ID), and map each BlueConic segment to a new or existing Blueshift segment. Additional profile data can also be mapped to Blueshift customer attributes for more targeted sends.

Benefits:

  • Automates segment membership updates as profiles enter and leave
  • Removes manual audience rebuilding between platforms
  • Enriches Blueshift targeting with mapped BlueConic profile data
  • Accelerates time-to-send for lifecycle campaigns

AI Canvas

  • When you build a segment in AI Canvas that extends another segment, the canvas summary now shows the segment being extended, along with the rest of the segment's definition.
  • In AI Canvas, segments with an "is empty" or "has a value" condition are now saved in the same format as segments built directly in the segment editor, so these conditions display and evaluate correctly.

Know which campaigns actually drove revenue

BlueConic now measures campaign conversions directly, independent of what your ad platform reports.

Platform-reported numbers only tell part of the story. Outcome Measurement now shows a second, BlueConic-observed set of conversions and revenue: figures BlueConic calculates itself by matching a profile's campaign visit to the order that followed it, using the Order event already on that profile. Available for Lookalike Audience Expansion and Intent-Based Media Targeting.

This gives marketers a read on campaign performance that doesn't depend on what Google Ads or Meta chooses to report, and it plugs straight into the outcome and campaign views teams already use to track growth plays. No new dashboard to learn, no export to reconcile.

Benefits:

  • Surfaces revenue and ROAS your ad platform isn't reporting, straight inside the Outcomes tab
  • Attributes conversions by campaign ID, so campaign renames don't disrupt tracking
  • Adds a platform-reported, last-touch, and BlueConic-observed filter to the campaign breakdown table for side-by-side comparison
  • Accelerates confidence in growth play performance without waiting on ad platform reporting

Get prioritized recommendations for every Growth Play, right where you measure it

The Growth Advisor Agent turns outcome data into plain-language, prioritized suggestions, where to shift budget, which campaigns are dragging results, and where you're drifting off target.

The monitoring agent tells marketers what's happening with a growth play and whether it's on track, but it stops at interpretation. Deciding what to do about an outcome that's underperforming or drifting off target was still left entirely to the marketer, with no in-platform guidance turning measured performance into next steps.

The Growth Advisor Agent adds that recommendation layer on top of Outcome Measurement. For a given outcome, it reviews the current metrics alongside the growth play's own recent history and produces plain-language, prioritized suggestions — where to shift budget, which campaigns are dragging results, or where an outcome is drifting off its target. The advice shows up in the outcome view right next to the measurement that produced it, so interpretation and next steps sit together.

This moves BlueConic from "here's what's happening" to "here's what to do about it," without leaving the platform. Recommendations are grounded in the outcome's real metrics and its own history rather than generic best practice, which lowers the bar for acting on performance data while keeping the marketer in control of the decision.

Benefits:

  • Turns outcome and growth play history into concrete, prioritized recommendations instead of generic best-practice tips
  • Surfaces suggestions directly in the outcome view, next to the measurement that produced them
  • Grounds every recommendation in the outcome's real metrics and its own recent performance history
  • Available as part of the Growth Play packages that support Outcome Measurement

Know if a growth play is working, without reading the metrics yourself

The new Growth Monitor agent reads outcome data daily and tells you, in plain language, whether you're on track, off track, or something looks off.

Marketers could always open the outcome screen to check on a growth play — but the platform never interpreted what they were looking at. Judging whether a trend was normal, whether a target was at risk, or whether something in the data looked anomalous was left entirely to the person reading the chart.

The monitoring agent changes that. It reads the outcome, its target, and its reporting data every day, then answers four questions in plain language: what's happening, is this normal or anomalous, are you on track to hit the target, and what should you take away first. That covers trend interpretation (accelerating, stable, or decelerating, and whether the pace is enough to reach the target), anomaly detection (stalled activity or stale campaigns), and target progress (on track, at risk, or off track, with the gap to target). If no target is set, it still reports trend and anomaly signals. The status, any anomaly flag, and a short summary appear right on the outcome tab.

Benefits:

  • Delivers a clear on-track / at-risk / off-track status and plain-language summary, updated daily
  • Flags anomalies like stalled activity or stale campaigns without manual metric review
  • Still surfaces trend and anomaly signals even when no target is set
  • Evaluates performance against the full outcome context — linked growth plays, touchpoints, and BlueConic-observed conversion data — not a single ad platform's native view

AI Canvas Can Now Build Listeners For You

Describe the behavior you want to track, and the AI Canvas agent proposes a ready-to-review listener , no manual config required.

Setting up a listener has always meant knowing exactly which fields to configure and how. Now marketers can just describe what they want to capture, for example, which interests to rank and based on what behavior — and the AI Canvas assistant proposes a complete listener configuration directly on the canvas.

If the listener needs a profile property that doesn't exist yet, the assistant proposes the missing property — name, type, and data sensitivity included — and lets you adjust the proposal or point it at an existing property instead. Once you confirm, it creates the property and keeps building the listener with it.

Nothing saves automatically. Marketers review and confirm the proposed setup before it goes live, keeping full control over what ends up in production.

Benefits:

  • Removes the configuration learning curve for setting up listeners
  • Speeds up time-to-impact for new tracking use cases
  • Keeps marketers in control with a review-and-confirm step before anything saves
  • Sets up a repeatable pattern for guided listener setup across future listener types

See what's changed in a plugin before you install it

Certified plugins can now surface their release notes directly in the Plugin Gallery

Plugin version history has always lived outside the product. That made it hard to know what a new version actually changed before installing or updating.

Now, certified plugins can publish a changelog that BlueConic surfaces automatically. A "View changelog" link appears on the plugin details tab and in the Add/update plugin gallery whenever a plugin has one published, opening a dialog with the formatted release notes — fixes, new capabilities. The link only shows up when a changelog exists, so the gallery stays clean for plugins that don't have one yet.

This gives teams a direct, in-product way to evaluate plugin updates instead of relying on support tickets or outside documentation.

Benefits:

  • Surfaces plugin version history and release notes without leaving BlueConic
  • Speeds up evaluation of plugin updates before installing or upgrading
  • Shows the changelog link only when one is published, keeping the gallery uncluttered
  • Requires no extra setup on your end.

Close the loop between BlueConic data and TikTok ad performance.

A new goal in the TikTok Ads Manager connection lets you send BlueConic profile and timeline event data directly to TikTok as offline events — powering more accurate attribution and smarter campaign optimization.

BlueConic's TikTok Ads Manager connection now includes a dedicated goal for exporting data to TikTok offline event sets via the Conversions API. When a customer completes a purchase or other key action tracked as a BlueConic timeline event, that data can be sent to TikTok to match against ad exposures — giving your campaigns a clearer signal of what's actually driving conversions.

Setup maps BlueConic timeline events directly to TikTok's event schema. Purchase events, product details, event channels, and timestamps are all configurable, and event IDs are supported for deduplication. The result is a tighter feedback loop between your first-party data and TikTok's optimization engine — without relying on pixel-only tracking.

Benefits:

  • Connects BlueConic first-party data to TikTok offline events for more accurate conversion attribution
  • Reduces reliance on pixel tracking by sending server-side event data via the Conversions API
  • Maps BlueConic timeline events to TikTok's event schema with configurable field-level control
  • Supports event ID deduplication to keep reporting clean across channels

Set up your Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration in minutes, not hours.

Configuring the SFMC integration in BlueConic Experiences just got dramatically faster — fields load automatically, keys are detected, and mappings are suggested before you lift a finger.

Setting up a Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration used to mean manually hunting down data extension keys, copying attribute names, and submitting mapping requests through a support rep. Now, a single click does the heavy lifting. Once your credentials are entered, clicking Load from Marketing Cloud pulls your data extension fields directly into the setup modal — auto-detecting your primary key and mapping any fields that match existing attributes.

From there, everything is managed in one place. Add or adjust mappings using searchable dropdowns, configure data handling controls (active state, preview mode, opt-in requirements, and UID inclusion), and select your region — all without leaving the integration setup. It's the same power, with a fraction of the manual overhead.

Benefits:

  • Eliminates manual field lookup and copy-paste configuration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Auto-maps matching attributes on load, reducing setup time for common configurations
  • Puts full mapping and data handling control directly in the hands of the user — no support ticket required
  • Keeps multi-region teams aligned with a built-in US / EU / All Regions selector

Launch better experiences faster — starting with a proven foundation.

The revamped Template Gallery gives teams fully built, ready-to-customize experiences — complete with configured logic, outcomes, and step-by-step guidance — so you spend less time setting up and more time driving results.

Starting a new experience used to mean building from scratch — configuring logic, defining outcome structures, and guessing at what works. The revamped Template Gallery changes the starting point entirely. Templates now arrive fully built, covering Product Finders, Personality Quizzes, Surveys, Trivia, Lead Forms, and Gamification experiences. Each one ships with working logic, complete outcome flows, and industry-informed design already in place.

What makes this more than a template refresh is the embedded guidance. Every template includes screen-level instructions that show exactly what to update and where — so teams can customize with confidence rather than reverse-engineer what's already there. Along the way, marketers pick up how scoring, recommendation logic, and outcomes actually work through hands-on examples rather than separate training.

Faster experience creation directly accelerates activation within the Customer Growth Engine™. When teams can move from concept to live experience in hours instead of days, the gap between identifying an audience and putting the right experience in front of them shrinks — and that's where growth happens.

Benefits

Launches faster: start with fully configured logic, outcomes, and structure — not a blank canvas.

  • Eliminates guesswork: embedded, screen-level guidance shows teams exactly what to change and why.
  • Builds platform fluency faster: learn how scoring, recommendation logic, and outcomes work through working, hands-on examples.
  • Applies proven frameworks: best-practice experience structures reduce iteration cycles and improve first-launch confidence.
