One agent from goal to fix

State your goal once. The universal agent carries it from LaunchPad through setup, monitoring, and fixes.

Growth Plays used to involve several agents that each started from scratch. Now the Monitoring and Growth Advisor agents are part of the Universal agent. When you open a play from LaunchPad, the conversation already knows your goal, the recommended plays, and why you picked this one. One side-panel conversation covers the Canvas and Outcomes, and it stays when you switch tabs, reload, or come back later.

Setup starts from the goal. The agent suggests a primary metric, target, and period, then proposes the whole setup as one plain-language plan. Review the settings, approve once, and the agent does the steps. It checks your existing objects and real property values before recommending anything, and warns you when very few profiles have a value. Ask "how many" or "which" questions and you get exact counts, limited to what you're allowed to see. Ask for an analysis table, like "compare spend, conversions, and ROAS across platforms," and download it as CSV.

Benefits:

  • Removes repeated goal-setting across LaunchPad, Canvas, and Outcomes
  • Replaces step-by-step approvals with one plan you can inspect
  • Reuses existing configuration instead of creating duplicates
  • Answers performance and inventory questions without a spreadsheet

Skip the login screen when you’re already signed in

Bookmarks and new tabs now take signed-in users straight into BlueConic.

Opening the BlueConic login page from a bookmark, a shared link, or a new browser tab used to show the sign-in form again, even with a valid session. Now the login page checks your session first. If you’re already signed in, it takes you straight into the app. If you’re not, the login form appears right away, as before.

Links to specific pages, like a Growth Play, already worked this way. The login page now matches them, so every way into BlueConic behaves the same.

Benefits:

  • Removes a redundant sign-in step for active users
  • Lands bookmarks and shared links where you expect
  • Keeps SSO, OAuth, and forced-login flows unchanged

Keep large Growth Plays readable and easy to navigate

Group objects on the AI Canvas, let the canvas adapt its detail, and find your way around Launchpad faster.

A Growth Play mapped onto a large implementation could produce a column too long to read. Now you can organize objects into groups. Ask the agent to propose a grouping and review it in the conversation, or group by hand with right-click or Cmd/Ctrl+G. Groups save with the play, so everyone sees the same structure. The canvas also picks the right level of detail per column, from full cards down to collapsed groups. Hover an object to highlight its path, and use search or the needs-attention filter to focus without losing context.

Launchpad is easier to navigate too. The sidebar now has two clear destinations: Existing Growth Plays, sorted by last edited, and Templates. Launchpad opens on your existing plays when you have them, and on Templates when you don't.

Benefits:

  • Organizes large implementations into groups you can read and explain
  • Lets the agent do the first pass on grouping while you stay in control
  • Surfaces objects that need attention without opening each one
  • Takes returning users straight to their Growth Plays

Simpler authentication for the Blueshift connection

Connecting BlueConic and Blueshift now takes less setup.

The Blueshift connection now uses Blueshift’s latest provisioning APIs to handle authentication between the two platforms. Setting up the connection is quicker, with fewer credentials to manage by hand. The Blueshift admin key stays on the BlueConic side and is never shared with you or written to logs.

✅ Benefits:

  • Simplifies connecting BlueConic and Blueshift
  • Reduces the credentials you manage yourself
  • Keeps the Blueshift admin key secure on the BlueConic side

Update Timeline events without overwriting what's already there

Imports can now update only the fields you map on existing Timeline events.

Until now, importing a Timeline event that already existed replaced the whole event. Any property missing from the file or payload was cleared. A new option on the Timeline import step, "Update existing Timeline events with mapped fields only," changes that. Turn it on, and BlueConic writes your mapped fields onto matching events and leaves everything else alone.

That means you can refresh an order status or a campaign field without resending every property. The option works in the S3, SFTP, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Google Drive, and HubSpot connections.

Benefits:

  • Updates individual Timeline properties without losing stored values
  • Removes the need to resend every property on every import
  • Works across six file-based connections and HubSpot

Measure four more Growth Plays on the metric that defines success

First-Purchase Acceleration, First-Party Audience Building, Dormant Customer Reactivation, and Smart Replenishment & Upselling now report outcomes.

Four more Growth Plays now report into outcome measurement, each on the result it’s built to produce. First-Purchase Acceleration tracks first-time buyers and time to first purchase. First-Party Audience Building tracks new known profiles. Dormant Customer Reactivation tracks reactivation events and revenue from returning customers. Smart Replenishment & Upselling tracks conversion value. An order only counts when the play actually reached that profile, through a click on one of its dialogues or a visit from a linked campaign within the last 30 days.

Dialogues also get an attribution window. On the Why tab, count a conversion only if it happens within a set number of minutes, hours, or days after the visitor’s click, or after the view when view-through conversion is on. With no window set, Dialogue conversions work as before.

Benefits:

  • Sets targets on first-time buyers, new known profiles, and reactivations
  • Ties every counted result to a real touch from the play
  • Reduces over-counting from late Dialogue conversions

Know when an outcome slips, without checking every play

Outcomes now send daily notifications and emails, and the Outcomes tab is simpler to read.

You no longer need to open each Growth Play to see if it's on track. Once a day, the Outcomes Monitoring Agent checks every active outcome and posts to a new notification center when something changes: an outcome moves to At risk or Off track, recovers, or shows a data-quality issue. Each notification opens the universal agent with the assessment loaded. Choose Details to understand the numbers, or Fix to get a plan you approve. Outcome creators also get one daily email covering every outcome that needs attention.

The Outcomes tab is simpler too. Target progress and performance over time are now one chart. Each play shows up to five KPI cards with plain-language definitions. One date picker controls everything, and each metric has one name instead of three versions. During setup, the agent configures the Canvas first, then lists campaigns by name so you never type an ID.

Benefits:

  • Flags slipping outcomes as soon as they change status
  • Moves from alert to diagnosis to fix in one conversation
  • Removes guesswork about which version of a metric to trust
  • Links campaigns by name instead of ID

Connect ChatGPT and Claude directly to your BlueConic tenant

Use browser sign-in to bring permission-scoped BlueConic data into your AI tools.

BlueConic’s Model Context Protocol, or MCP, server now supports direct connections from ChatGPT, Claude, VS Code, and Cursor through browser sign-in. An administrator configures the OAuth application and approved access, then you connect the AI tool to your tenant’s MCP address.

The connection runs as the BlueConic user who signs in, within their permissions and the application’s read scopes. The tenant MCP server provides read-only access, so your team brings BlueConic context into AI-assisted research without changing tenant configuration.

This reduces local setup and helps your team answer questions about customer data and configuration from the tools they already use. AI-tool settings and organization policies still govern connector availability.

Benefits

  • Connect supported AI tools without a local MCP process.
  • Use browser sign-in for per-user access.
  • Keep reads within user permissions and approved scopes.
  • Bring BlueConic context into existing research workflows.

Trace who created and changed your profile merge rules

Review creation and modification details to investigate profile merging more efficiently.

Profile merge rules now record when each rule was created and last modified, along with the users responsible. These details give your team more context when reviewing changes to profile merging.

Compare rule timing with imports and configuration changes to narrow an investigation. Knowing who made a change also helps you find the right person for follow-up, reducing time spent reconstructing configuration history.

Benefits

  • Identify when a merge rule was created or changed.
  • See who made the latest change.
  • Compare rule timing with data operations.
  • Shorten investigations into profile merging behavior.

Duplicate condition blocks to build complex segments faster

Copy a condition or an AND block into a new OR block instead of rebuilding shared conditions by hand.

Complex rules often follow a pattern like (A AND B AND C) OR (A AND B AND D). Until now, you rebuilt the shared A AND B part in every OR block. Now you can duplicate a single condition row or a full AND block into a new OR block, then change only what's different. It works in Segments, the Dialogue Who tab, and Profile merging.

The result is the same definition you'd get building it by hand, so nothing changes downstream. You spend less time on setup and avoid typos in repeated conditions.

Benefits:

  • Copies shared conditions into a new OR block in one step
  • Works across segments, the Dialogue Who tab, and profile merging
  • Reduces errors from re-entering the same conditions
  • Produces the same segment definition as manual setup
