Close the loop between BlueConic data and TikTok ad performance.

A new goal in the TikTok Ads Manager connection lets you send BlueConic profile and timeline event data directly to TikTok as offline events — powering more accurate attribution and smarter campaign optimization.

BlueConic's TikTok Ads Manager connection now includes a dedicated goal for exporting data to TikTok offline event sets via the Conversions API. When a customer completes a purchase or other key action tracked as a BlueConic timeline event, that data can be sent to TikTok to match against ad exposures — giving your campaigns a clearer signal of what's actually driving conversions.

Setup maps BlueConic timeline events directly to TikTok's event schema. Purchase events, product details, event channels, and timestamps are all configurable, and event IDs are supported for deduplication. The result is a tighter feedback loop between your first-party data and TikTok's optimization engine — without relying on pixel-only tracking.

Benefits:

  • Connects BlueConic first-party data to TikTok offline events for more accurate conversion attribution
  • Reduces reliance on pixel tracking by sending server-side event data via the Conversions API
  • Maps BlueConic timeline events to TikTok's event schema with configurable field-level control
  • Supports event ID deduplication to keep reporting clean across channels

Set up your Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration in minutes, not hours.

Configuring the SFMC integration in BlueConic Experiences just got dramatically faster — fields load automatically, keys are detected, and mappings are suggested before you lift a finger.

Setting up a Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration used to mean manually hunting down data extension keys, copying attribute names, and submitting mapping requests through a support rep. Now, a single click does the heavy lifting. Once your credentials are entered, clicking Load from Marketing Cloud pulls your data extension fields directly into the setup modal — auto-detecting your primary key and mapping any fields that match existing attributes.

From there, everything is managed in one place. Add or adjust mappings using searchable dropdowns, configure data handling controls (active state, preview mode, opt-in requirements, and UID inclusion), and select your region — all without leaving the integration setup. It's the same power, with a fraction of the manual overhead.

Benefits:

  • Eliminates manual field lookup and copy-paste configuration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Auto-maps matching attributes on load, reducing setup time for common configurations
  • Puts full mapping and data handling control directly in the hands of the user — no support ticket required
  • Keeps multi-region teams aligned with a built-in US / EU / All Regions selector

Launch better experiences faster — starting with a proven foundation.

The revamped Template Gallery gives teams fully built, ready-to-customize experiences — complete with configured logic, outcomes, and step-by-step guidance — so you spend less time setting up and more time driving results.

Starting a new experience used to mean building from scratch — configuring logic, defining outcome structures, and guessing at what works. The revamped Template Gallery changes the starting point entirely. Templates now arrive fully built, covering Product Finders, Personality Quizzes, Surveys, Trivia, Lead Forms, and Gamification experiences. Each one ships with working logic, complete outcome flows, and industry-informed design already in place.

What makes this more than a template refresh is the embedded guidance. Every template includes screen-level instructions that show exactly what to update and where — so teams can customize with confidence rather than reverse-engineer what's already there. Along the way, marketers pick up how scoring, recommendation logic, and outcomes actually work through hands-on examples rather than separate training.

Faster experience creation directly accelerates activation within the Customer Growth Engine™. When teams can move from concept to live experience in hours instead of days, the gap between identifying an audience and putting the right experience in front of them shrinks — and that's where growth happens.

Benefits

Launches faster: start with fully configured logic, outcomes, and structure — not a blank canvas.

  • Eliminates guesswork: embedded, screen-level guidance shows teams exactly what to change and why.
  • Builds platform fluency faster: learn how scoring, recommendation logic, and outcomes work through working, hands-on examples.
  • Applies proven frameworks: best-practice experience structures reduce iteration cycles and improve first-launch confidence.

Run multiple instances of the same integration in a single workspace

BlueConic Experiences now supports multiple independent instances of the same integration — giving teams separate credentials, mappings, and settings for every use case.

If your organization operates across regions, business units, or distinct data flows, you've likely run into the limitation of managing everything under a single integration instance. Different teams need different credentials. Different regions need different mappings. A change for one shouldn't break another.

Multiple integration instances in BlueConic Experiences solves this cleanly. You can now configure more than one instance of the same integration within a workspace — each independently named, credentialed, and mapped. An instance for your EU region and another for North America. One for your retail brand, another for your enterprise line. Each can be activated, paused, or edited without affecting the others.

This makes it significantly easier to scale data activation across complex organizational structures without workarounds or data routing conflicts.

Benefits:

  • Supports independent credentials, mappings, and data handling settings per instance
  • Enables regional and business-unit-level data routing without overlap or conflict
  • Instances can be disabled without deletion, preserving configuration for future use
  • Available across all supported integrations in BlueConic Experiences

Map attributes and product feeds faster with AI-powered suggestions

BlueConic Experiences now reads your campaign copy and proposes mappings for both profile attributes and product feeds — so you spend less time configuring and more time activating data.

Attribute mapping has always been a critical step in activating data from experiences — but it's been a manual, time-consuming process, especially for campaigns with many questions and answer choices. Marketers and builders shouldn't have to guess at the right structure; they should be able to map confidently and fast.

The AI agent can now handle this across both mapping flows in the experience's editor. On the Map Attributes page, AI reads your campaign copy — question text, answer labels, screen names — and proposes the most appropriate attribute mappings. You can provide format instructions to enforce naming conventions, map an entire campaign at once, and let AI create new attributes on the fly when the right one doesn't exist yet. In the Product Feed Logic tab, the same intelligence applies: AI suggests how your feed's custom headers and values should map to screen responses, reducing the manual work of configuring logic across complex product catalogs.

All suggestions surface inline in the editor — no context switching required.

Benefits:

  • Accelerates mapping for both profile attributes and dynamic product feeds
  • Enforces consistent naming conventions by accepting custom format instructions
  • Creates new attributes on the fly when existing ones don't fit
  • Reduces manual effort configuring product feed logic across complex, multi-question campaigns

Add role-based controls for strict CSP compliance

Give admins more control over high-permission Channel View features while supporting stricter security policies.

BlueConic now includes a new Custom Channel View permission that allows admins to control access to features that rely on Channel Views and Visual Pickers. When this permission is disabled for a role, users in that role lose access to features such as Dialogues previewing, the Simulator, and Visual Picker functionality in supported listeners and connections.

This update helps organizations enforce stricter Content Security Policy (CSP) requirements without restricting platform access for all users. Instead of an all-or-nothing approach, admins can now limit high-permission functionality to specific roles while keeping the rest of the platform available to broader teams.

Benefits:

  • Control access to Channel View and Visual Picker functionality by role
  • Support stricter CSP configurations for security-sensitive environments
  • Reduce exposure to iframe and script-related security risks
  • Preserve broader platform usability while limiting high-permission features

See How Your Growth Plays Are Actually Performing

Cross-channel performance reporting is now built directly into BlueConic — no spreadsheets, no switching tabs, no waiting on agency reports.

Running growth plays across Meta and Google means your performance data lives in two places — neither of which knows anything about your BlueConic audiences. Outcome Measurement changes that. Each growth play now includes a built-in reporting dashboard that surfaces key metrics — CTR, conversions, ROAS, spend — pulled directly from your connected ad platforms, in the same place you configured the play.

You can set a target value and measurement window (monthly or quarterly) for your primary metric, so performance is always evaluated against the goal that matters to your business. No custom development. No BI tool required. The data pipeline runs automatically once your Meta or Google Ad Platform connections are active.

Benefits:

  • Eliminates manual aggregation of performance data across Meta and Google Ads
  • Surfaces CTR, ROAS, conversions, and spend inside the growth play that drives them
  • Enables goal-setting with configurable target windows aligned to your business cadence
  • Connects paid media performance to the first-party audiences powering each play,  without leaving BlueConic

Audit your integration health — directly from the Report Center.

Teams can now export a complete, structured record of every integration submission directly from the Report Center, with the granularity needed to diagnose failures, validate delivery, and share results downstream.

Getting a clear picture of what actually passed through a downstream integration used to mean pulling data outside the platform or looping in engineering. Export Submissions changes that. From the Report Center, teams can trigger an on-demand export for any integration, filtered by date range and campaign, and receive a structured file covering every submission in that window — including delivery status, error details, retry counts, timing, and API call data.

The depth of each record makes it genuinely useful for debugging. Every row traces the full lifecycle of a submission: when it was enqueued, when it completed, how many attempts it took, and how many API calls were made. That level of detail makes it possible to isolate edge cases, reconcile discrepancies with downstream systems, and share clean audit data with stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Surfaces integration health at a glance — success rates, failures, and error details in one export
  • Enables self-serve debugging with per-submission retry counts, timing, and API call data
  • Works across any integration — one consistent export pattern, universal coverage
  • Gives teams structured data ready to share with stakeholders for reporting and reconciliation

Connect your CMS to BlueConic — and keep content and personalization in sync.

Bloomreach and Contentstack are now native content sources inside the BlueConic headless dialogue editor.

More teams are moving to composable, headless architectures — separating content management from personalization and delivery. That separation creates a practical problem: when content lives in a CMS and personalization logic lives in BlueConic, marketers end up copying content IDs by hand, hard-coding references that break during site redesigns, or relying on developers to wire the two systems together.

BlueConic now ships native connections for both Bloomreach and Contentstack. Once configured, marketers can search and select CMS content directly inside the headless dialogue editor — the same picker experience already available for Contentful. The CMS stays the source of truth for content; BlueConic handles targeting, segmentation, and delivery logic. No middleware, no manual references, no developer dependency for day-to-day content selection.

Both connections install from the plugin gallery and authenticate through each platform's delivery API. Bloomreach supports folder-based document browsing via the Bloomreach Delivery API. Contentstack adds region selection, content type and publishing environment dropdowns, and typeahead entry search — all loaded dynamically after authentication, so marketers work from live CMS structure rather than static configuration.

Benefits:

  • Browse and select live CMS entries inside BlueConic instead of maintaining hard-coded UIDs or URLs.
  • Personalized experiences stay in sync with what's published in your CMS
  • Marketers configure and update headless dialogues without needing engineering support for day-to-day content selection.
  • Bloomreach and Contentstack join Contentful as supported headless CMS connections, broadening support for the platforms enterprise and retail teams actually run.

Activate BlueConic segments in Attentive for SMS and email programs

A native Attentive connection lets you export profile data from BlueConic segments to Attentive on a schedule — keeping subscriber records enriched and aligned with your CDP.

Retail and e-commerce marketers using Attentive for SMS and email programs have had to rely on manual CSV exports, one-off API scripts, or iPaaS flows to sync subscriber data with BlueConic. These approaches are slow to maintain, error-prone, and difficult to keep aligned with segment membership and consent context.

BlueConic now ships a native Attentive connection. On scheduled runs, it exports profiles from a selected BlueConic segment to Attentive via the bulk user attributes API — creating or updating subscriber records with mapped profile fields including name, location, demographics, and custom attributes. Delta detection means unchanged profiles are skipped on subsequent runs. Optionally, new subscribers can be enrolled in SMS or email programs during the export using an Attentive sign-up source ID.

Benefits:

  • Exports BlueConic segment profiles to Attentive on a scheduled, repeatable basis — no custom pipeline required
  • Matches on phone and email; maps standard and custom attributes with data processor support
  • Delta detection ensures only changed profiles are exported on subsequent runs
  • Optionally subscribes new users to SMS or email during export
