The Rollup Agent turns timeline event history into ready-to-use segments

The Rollup Agent turns timeline event data into ready-to-use segments, right from a natural-language request in AI Canvas.

Segments that depend on behavior, like customers who spent more than $100 in the past two weeks, used to mean stepping out of AI Canvas to configure a profile property and a timeline event rollup before you could even build the segment. Now the Rollup Agent does that coordination for you. Describe the audience you want, and it checks your existing rollups and properties, reuses or updates one where it makes sense, and creates the property, rollup, and segment in the right order. It places the rollup on the canvas in the Unify column and shows how it connects to your segment. You review and confirm each piece before anything is saved.

If you don't have the right permission, the Rollup Agent doesn't just stop. It keeps the proposed setup visible, tells you exactly which permission you're missing, and suggests requesting access or handing it to a teammate who can finish it.

Benefits:

  • Builds behavior-based segments from a single natural-language request
  • Removes the need for specialist knowledge of rollups and profile properties
  • Cuts the risk of duplicate rollups or conflicting configurations
  • Keeps your proposed setup visible even when you're missing a permission

Set up your CDP connections by describing what you need

Doers can now configure connections like Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Ads through an agent panel instead of the legacy setup flow.

Connecting platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, TikTok Ads, Snowflake, and 20+ others used to mean working through separate configuration screens with manual mapping steps. Now an agent panel handles it: it manages login redirects for the platform you're connecting, asks clarifying questions along the way, and keeps private credentials in a secure modal, out of the AI's context entirely.

This is a foundational piece of a bigger shift. Instead of a separate AI helper for each object, you get one agent that reasons about the whole Growth Play and configures the connections it needs.

Benefits:

  • Configures connections conversationally instead of screen by screen
  • Keeps login credentials out of the LLM's context via secure secret modals
  • Covers 25+ platforms, including Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Ads
  • Moves you closer to configuring a full Growth Play end-to-end with AI

Capture stakeholder feedback right on the canvas

Sticky notes now let you and your team leave context and feedback directly inside AI Canvas.

Building a Growth Play often means collecting input from people who never open the canvas, which used to mean tracking feedback in a separate doc or deck. Now you can switch into sticky note mode, click anywhere on the canvas, and type a note right there. Resize it, drag it into place, and color-code it by type or topic. Every note logs who created it, so your team can see who raised what without asking around.

Keeping feedback in the same place you're building the Growth Play means less time switching tools and less context lost between the doc where the decision was made and the canvas where it needs to land.

Benefits:

  • Keeps feedback and context inside the canvas instead of a separate doc
  • Lets you color-code notes by type or topic
  • Logs who created each note for easy attribution
  • Speeds up stakeholder review without leaving AI Canvas

See how your Outcome performance is trending, not just where it stands today

Outcome reporting now includes a performance-over-time line chart, so you can see whether your Growth Play is actually improving.

Target progress and KPI totals tell you where you stand. They don't tell you whether you're getting there faster or slower than last month. The Outcome detail screen now shows a line chart of daily performance next to your existing Target Goal section. Pick up to two metrics from the same filter used in your KPI cards and breakdown table, and the chart follows whatever date range you've selected for reporting, independent of the Target Goal section's own measurement period.

Comparing two metrics side by side makes it easier to spot relationships, like whether a spike in clicks is actually driving revenue. That means less guessing and a stronger story when you need to show a Growth Play's impact to your team.

Benefits:

  • Shows daily performance trends instead of aggregated totals alone
  • Lets you compare up to two metrics on the same chart
  • Uses the same metric filters and date range as your existing KPI reporting
  • Strengthens your case for a Growth Play's impact with stakeholders

Give teams Growth Play access without over-granting permissions

Growth Plays now validate permissions object by object, so users can work with only what they're responsible for.

Opening a Growth Play used to require management permission for every object type that might appear on the canvas, even if you only needed to manage one of them. A user responsible for Connections couldn't touch a Growth Play containing Segments unless they were also granted Segment permissions, forcing a choice between blocking access entirely or over-granting it.

Now permissions are checked per object. Anyone with the Growth Plays permission can open a play and see the full canvas: every node and relationship stays visible, so nothing looks broken or incomplete. Creating, editing, or deleting a specific object still requires permission for that object type; actions for object types you can't manage are hidden or disabled, and clicking one shows a clear permission message instead of an error.

Benefits:

  • Opens Growth Plays to focused roles without requiring broad admin permissions
  • Keeps the full canvas visible so context is never hidden, even for object types you can't edit
  • Blocks edits to unauthorized object types automatically, with a clear message instead of an error
  • Supports least-privilege access for teams where different people own different parts of a Growth Play

Bring your Dialogues into Outcome Measurement, alongside paid media

Outcome Measurement now reports Dialogue engagement and attribution alongside your paid activation channels.

Dialogue views, unique views, clicks, and unique clicks show up in the platform breakdown on the Outcome detail screen, right next to your ad platforms. Dialogue clicks also count as a valid last-touch attribution touchpoint alongside Campaign Visits, so a Dialogue that closes the loop on a conversion gets credit for it.

BlueConic observed revenue is a cohort metric: it counts orders from any profile a Growth Play touched, and the same conversion can show up in more than one Growth Play. Last-touch attributed revenue assigns each conversion to exactly one Growth Play, whichever had the most recent qualifying touch. When a Dialogue is shared across multiple Growth Plays, its engagement metrics count everywhere it's used, but its clicks are excluded from last-touch attribution so a single conversion never gets claimed by more than one Growth Play.

Benefits:

  • Adds Dialogue views, unique views, clicks, and unique clicks to the Outcome platform breakdown
  • Counts Dialogue clicks as a last-touch attribution touchpoint, alongside Campaign Visits
  • Keeps BlueConic-observed revenue and last-touch attributed revenue as clearly separated metrics
  • Brings your owned channel into the same reporting view as paid media, no separate lookup required

Keep Blueshift segments in sync with BlueConic, automatically

BlueConic segments now sync directly to Blueshift, keeping lifecycle audiences current without manual rebuilds.

Marketers can now sync BlueConic segments to Blueshift segments on a schedule. As profiles enter or leave a BlueConic segment, their Blueshift segment membership updates to match,  automatically.

Import and campaign trigger goals brought engagement data in and activated moments in real time; segment sync sends audiences out. Marketers keep segmentation and consent decisions in BlueConic, and Blueshift stays the execution layer for campaigns — turning first-party data into synced, sendable audiences with far less manual work.

Setup takes a few steps: enable the export goal on the Blueshift connection, link identifiers (email and/or customer ID), and map each BlueConic segment to a new or existing Blueshift segment. Additional profile data can also be mapped to Blueshift customer attributes for more targeted sends.

Benefits:

  • Automates segment membership updates as profiles enter and leave
  • Removes manual audience rebuilding between platforms
  • Enriches Blueshift targeting with mapped BlueConic profile data
  • Accelerates time-to-send for lifecycle campaigns

AI Canvas

  • When you build a segment in AI Canvas that extends another segment, the canvas summary now shows the segment being extended, along with the rest of the segment's definition.
  • In AI Canvas, segments with an "is empty" or "has a value" condition are now saved in the same format as segments built directly in the segment editor, so these conditions display and evaluate correctly.

Know which campaigns actually drove revenue

BlueConic now measures campaign conversions directly, independent of what your ad platform reports.

Platform-reported numbers only tell part of the story. Outcome Measurement now shows a second, BlueConic-observed set of conversions and revenue: figures BlueConic calculates itself by matching a profile's campaign visit to the order that followed it, using the Order event already on that profile. Available for Lookalike Audience Expansion and Intent-Based Media Targeting.

This gives marketers a read on campaign performance that doesn't depend on what Google Ads or Meta chooses to report, and it plugs straight into the outcome and campaign views teams already use to track growth plays. No new dashboard to learn, no export to reconcile.

Benefits:

  • Surfaces revenue and ROAS your ad platform isn't reporting, straight inside the Outcomes tab
  • Attributes conversions by campaign ID, so campaign renames don't disrupt tracking
  • Adds a platform-reported, last-touch, and BlueConic-observed filter to the campaign breakdown table for side-by-side comparison
  • Accelerates confidence in growth play performance without waiting on ad platform reporting

Get prioritized recommendations for every Growth Play, right where you measure it

The Growth Advisor Agent turns outcome data into plain-language, prioritized suggestions, where to shift budget, which campaigns are dragging results, and where you're drifting off target.

The monitoring agent tells marketers what's happening with a growth play and whether it's on track, but it stops at interpretation. Deciding what to do about an outcome that's underperforming or drifting off target was still left entirely to the marketer, with no in-platform guidance turning measured performance into next steps.

The Growth Advisor Agent adds that recommendation layer on top of Outcome Measurement. For a given outcome, it reviews the current metrics alongside the growth play's own recent history and produces plain-language, prioritized suggestions — where to shift budget, which campaigns are dragging results, or where an outcome is drifting off its target. The advice shows up in the outcome view right next to the measurement that produced it, so interpretation and next steps sit together.

This moves BlueConic from "here's what's happening" to "here's what to do about it," without leaving the platform. Recommendations are grounded in the outcome's real metrics and its own history rather than generic best practice, which lowers the bar for acting on performance data while keeping the marketer in control of the decision.

Benefits:

  • Turns outcome and growth play history into concrete, prioritized recommendations instead of generic best-practice tips
  • Surfaces suggestions directly in the outcome view, next to the measurement that produced them
  • Grounds every recommendation in the outcome's real metrics and its own recent performance history
  • Available as part of the Growth Play packages that support Outcome Measurement
